This review is from: Logitech G13 (920-000946) Advanced Gameboard
Pros: Ease of setup. Plug it in, download the latest driver from Logitech website, and it works. It immediately scans your game library, and offers pre-made profiles for any matches it finds.
Some of these matches didn't match my personal preference, but that was an easy fix using the included software. It's pretty straight forward, and with the game pad, I can put my left arm where it feels comfortable instead of holding over the keyboard. I sit straighter at my desk in long gaming sessions, and I'm less fatigued now.
Cons: I'm sure that if I use it long enough and with a wider assortment of games I'll find something, but right now, nothing comes to mind.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: WD 2TB My Cloud Personal Network Attached Storage - NAS - WDBCTL0020HWT-NESN
Pros: Ease of setup--plug it in to the LAN, navigate to the webpage in the instructions, and it just works. Backs up the data on the machines automatically, and sharing media is drag-and-drop simple.
It looks nice with the clean lines and minimal interruptions of the case.
Cons: There's only three licenses for the software. There should be 5 licenses for the modern family--we have three desktops and two laptops for five people in my house, and many families have at least four people. I can't find any way to get more licenses from WD. I'd have to buy another MyBook, and if I knew that was the case, I wouldn't have bought the 3TB unit, I'd have bought two 2TB units. For this, I'm dropping an egg.
Other Thoughts: If not for the stinginess with the software licensing, this would be a five egg review.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: Running stable at 4.5GHz on air cooling. Never gets over 44C on a CoolerMaster Hyper 212 in push/pull.
The best processor I've had in a while.
I'm running this on an Asus Sabertooth 990FX R2.0 board.
