This review is from: Razer Keypad Orbweaver Elite Mechanical
Pros: Lots of buttons
Cons: First button broke 3 months in on the D pad, you have to ship it to them, they don't have a replacement program. The D pad is lose so lose when you press right you contact the thumb button. The software is bad, about 6 months in it saved a version of my macros and now now matter what you change next time you reboot it will all go back.
Razor has some of the worst support I have seen. You can file a ticket online but it usually comes back that you submit to the wrong department, instead of them sending it to the right department they want you to resubmit. The software guys blame the hardware guys and the hardware guys blame the software guys. You want to talk about a poorly setup company, they are a poster child. Don't trying and call for support, they will always blame your computer and get you off the phone.
Belkin nostromo was a great product, I heard razor bought the rights to it and made this piece of junk.
Other Thoughts: If they fixed the issues I would buy another one if it was the only option. Not a lot of choices out there.READ FULL REVIEW
