Pros: Increased Benchmarking for my computer by factor of 3 from GTX 960. Maybe lower power consumption? Had this for 2 weeks now and no problems at all. (I do use a 34 in. 1080p monitor so the actual difference in games is not so noticeable except for DX12. ) This card is probably overkill for me, given my monitor and games I play, but Rise of Tomb Raider looks good.
Cons: No complaints at all: Since I do use it in a case with mostly solid sides, the LED light effect on card is sort of useless, easy to turn off though.
Other Thoughts: This card is highly rated, works well and is unnecessary for my use, however it is cool having the nearly best card on the market for a while anyway. Cheaper than 1080.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: ASUS MT276HE Black 27" 2ms(GTG) HDMI Widescreen LCD Monitor 400 cd/m2 ASCR 50000:1
Pros: I have owned this for one year and continues to perform flawlessly. Excellent picture, resolution @1920-1080 nearly looks 3D in movies. Speakers better than expected, I actually passed on my JBLs that I had been using for years.
Cons: Bezel is huge and shiny black, collects fingerprints really easy. I guess that is what the remote control is for, I haven't figured out any other use for remote control.
Other Thoughts: This refurb at $249 is $20 cheaper than I paid which only makes the deal better.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: Arrived quickly, price reasonable, NewEgg super saver, have to wait for $80 in gift cards, but will even out over time. Changed my WEI to 7.3, with my i5 being the lowest. No problem installing Win7 with clean install.
Cons: Does not boot particularly faster then my 7200 rpm HDD, and I am having trouble telling very much difference.
Other Thoughts: I have installed all my current programs and still have 165gb free, so there is plenty of room on this drive. I have had this in for 4 days so far, so not much history behind it. So far....so good.READ FULL REVIEW
