Pros: Product seems fine, the copy of Windows 7 says its not genuine so I'll have to reinstall. The top of the case was scuffed up a bit but the LCD and keyboard were fine, so for the price not a bad deal.

Cons: Some scuffs on the outside, otherwise well worth the price especially for an i5. It was missing the "ThinkPad" emblem on the inside palmrest which is set in a recess so being missing is obvious. I'll try and find a replacement online somewhere.

Overall Review: Good deal if you don't mind some bumps and bruises !!

Cons: I had high hopes for this drive's performance after reading some of the reviews posted here on Newegg. Except that my first hand experience was dismal. The drive freezes constantly and the computer will not respond. It eventually springs to life and works OK for a very short time where the cycle repeats it self. I thought it was what some stated was the drive learning ones behaviors and routines, but this is most definitely defective, it freezes for long periods before resuming function... I'd recommend a conventional 7,200 rpm drive os an SSD, stay away from the Hybrid drives!

Overall Review: My wife is going crazy and holds me responsible for her downtime on her work computer... It was with my recommendation after reading the reviews that I purchased the Momentus Hybrid drive...

Pros: After some tinkering around in the BIOS all is well, I was able to enable the "Quiet Fan" option and it is auto controlling the CPU fan speed as required. My only suggestion would be to enable this feature from the factory. I've found a lot of posts where people are confused with the 4k RPM fan speeds upon bootup.

Cons: I was a bit confused with the CPU fan settings, but after a little research I was able to get thing to work as they should have out of the box.
