Cons: Jerry from aSUS said in an email that they where going to replace this monitor upon arrival at the aSUS repair center that was a lie, because I got the same monitor with the same bright red dot to right of center and my base wire totally severed. Jerry told me in the email for the second RMA that it would be replaced this was not the truth. Jerry you should keep your word. Oh if anyone is interested I have that email Jerry sent?READ FULL REVIEW
Cons: Got my 2nd RMA back Tuesday this week. Same monitor with the same red dot just to the right of center still and bottom base wire for red light on the bottom was partially severed and put in box that way at the first RMA aSUS repair center.
Other Thoughts: Oh if anyone desires to have a class action lawsuit brought against aSUS you can sign me up. I have pictures of this monitor upon arrival.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: G snyc.
Cons: Don't buy this monitor. You must have more then 4 dead pixels before they will honer the warranty. As of Tuesday I was informed of this policy. Now with one dead pixel in the middle of my monitor to the right of my eyesight I can not request an RMA unless I have more then 4 according to Jerry at aSUS QC? wow.
Other Thoughts: I spent over 800 with shipping to get this monitor this year in February. This is the second time I have had to request an RMA. The first was over blurred text and blurred gaming. Got my monitor back with the base broken and wires severed on the connection for the light on base with scratches on the monitor and the base, but that's not enough for an RMA I have to have more then 4 dead pixels to qualify for an RMA? instead of just 1. I stayed with Gigabyte for over 14 years building my systems then I thought maybe aSUS might have something in this monitor and there Rampage IV, I will be going back to Gigabyte another 14 years.READ FULL REVIEW
