WHY SELL A,PRODUCT AS JUST A,TABLE TOP?? CONFUSED? 12/19/2016 5:37:12 PM
I purchased these products Thursday newegg. They were fantastic.
BUT, 123stores sells a set of 4 chairs. And showed the TABLE TOP with a,group of 4 chairs. And as,a,TABLE with LEGS. BUT, you receive a TABLE TOP! Thinking you are buying a whole table with base. Why would anyone want to just buy a TABLE TOP? AND I asked the complaint department. They could not answer that question. Why you don't sell a,complete table. Or even the legs through their company.
They did tell me to go to different site....
I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM ...123STORES.... Ever again. And friends and family now know our story.
And won't BUY ,from this company either.
I went to another WEBSITE to purchase the COUNTER HEIGHT LEGS.

YES AS THE INVOICE SAYS IT IS A TABLE TOP..... BUT THE PICTURES BEFORE YOU BUY SHOW (OR SHOWED) A COMPLETE TABLE!
I could have bought table set close to home for the same price (after a bought the legs) for the same price.

Shipping labels plastered onto retail display box 12/19/2016 9:14:50 AM
Purchased these as Christmas gifts but since they were not properly boxed for shipping, the only box they came in now has shipping labels all over it. Since I couldn't gift it, I went ahead and opened one of them to try it out... I own a few quad-copters and this one is the most difficult to control I have used to date. Skip this item and go with something else... also, buy it elsewhere if you plan on wrapping it up as a gift.

Update: This seller attempts to purchase reviews. If want to play the game then go right ahead and and I'm sure they will offer you 50% for a good review. My review is not for sale and this company takes no responsibility for the product delivery. They are a middle man that is taking a cut to do nothing. Be warned that if you do give them a bad review, they will harass you with phone calls and emails. They have called me now on 4 separate occasions and sent me three emails. I am now at the point of being vulgar on the phone to try and make them stop contacting me. This has been a truly miserable experience and NewEgg apparently is encouraging the sellers to do this. I will be shopping at [big rain forest] store from now on.

I purchased a round foldable table from Newegg through a vendor 123stores in October. The table was broken and I was told to send pictures and a description. The company had me send the same information repeatedly for weeks. This got very old. They finally gave me the number for the manufacturer and they sent new parts. 123stores is still hounding me to change their review, but all that does is make me more determined to warn consumers that if you do business with 123stores they do not want you to be honest about the experience. They called me 3 times yesterday before 10:00a.m. Newegg is great and I have no problems with them. If they have you go through 123stores to get your item then be aware that they will hound you if you have a problem with your order.

They really took the time to make sure my pillows were packed well so they were not smashed during shipping. I also got them in 4 days and that was fast esp. since I ordered them on a weekend! Kudo's! Totally would suggest this seller.

Received a box of 100 AAA alkaline batteries for a good price in less time then I expected. The order was packaged well and it shipped free too.
The batteries were somewhat dated (6 years from expiration) but I'm not sure if this was entirely the sellers fault so I'm not deducting for this, however this is my only complaint.

I ordered a product from 123Stores and found out a day later that it was cheaper to buy directly from newegg. I sent an email asking if they could price adjust it and showed them the price difference. They refused this simple request and I did not have time to cancel because the product was needed.

Pros: Quickly shipped my product (1 egg for that)

I would recommend this seller to anyone to be honest they were a huge help answering all the questions and concerns that my husband has and were a lot more understanding then some other sellers are when it comes to my husbands Russian ancestry (Non-native so sometimes he has poor grammer and english spelling skills)

I would also like to say that the best way to get in contact with them is definitely by email they answered me quick and I have complaints of any kind with the service and quality of their products or the way they treat their customers!

I received a case that had a bad power supply, oh well it happens. Contacted the seller who advised I would have to pay the shipping to send the bad power supply back to the manufacture for replacement. This is the 1st company I have dealt with that will charge you to send back a defective product right out of the box. I did receive a replacement in a timely mannor and on the up side after making a call to Newegg they credited me the shipping cost but if you don't want to go through the hassles I just had too, buy direct from Newegg and avoid marketplace sellers. This is my second bad experience with a seller. So you know I am a system builder for the past 20 years.

We tried contacting you on several occasions but to no avail. We never ever informed you by any email or phone that you need to pay restocking charges for a defective item. For all the confusion, which basically was from your end, we offered a 10% partial discount as a goodwill gesture. Because we have a simple goal , which is to ensure every customer is a happy customer. But we did not get a chance to be heard. We look forward to keep working better in achieving our goal of making Every Customer A Happy Customer.

Reviewer edit: I changed the rating from a three star to a five star, due to the phenomenal customer support I received, completely unsolicited, in response to previous my three-star review. I've left the previous review below this edit.

I was very impressed by the care and support of 123 Stores in ensuring that I was completely satisfied with my purchase. They were even patient due to a recent surgery which restricted my movement, calling back multiple times and only moving forward when I was ready. The seller went above and beyond to identify the part numbers for the damaged parts from shipping, and has arranged for them to be reshipped to my residence. I must say I'm astounded at the level of customer service, you don't tend to experience this today.

I would strongly recommend this seller to all interested parties.

Unfortunately the equipment arrived slightly damaged. It seemed packaged well, so I don't think it occurred in shipment.

I put together the unit this past weekend. I discovered that the long metal selector bar--the part that is used to adjust the space between stands--was bent on one side. This prohibited it from entering one of the stands with the given plastic protection cap. I had to remove the cap to allow the bar to slide into the stand, but it is not a solution as it's metal on metal.

Effectively, I'm limited to selecting the space on only one side of the squat stand, which is disappointing.
