It's been over a month now and I still don't have my product. I reached out to newegg and instead of taking care of the problem they just connected me with the seller. The seller was then not very helpful either. I wish I would have gone a different route and bought this item through bay-e

Somehow my package got lost in the mail yet again so didn't get it for an additional week
