BTV DIRECT RETURN POLICY
All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. The Return Authorization number will specify the return address. Orders returned without an RMA number will be refused. All returns must be received by our facilities within 6 business days after the receipt of an RMA number and within our guidelines of acceptable items and conditions for returns. Shipping, handling and insurance for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
All returns must arrive in original packaging with all accessories, so that we can process the return properly.
Inbound and outbound shipping charges are not refundable or reimbursable.
Return Policy for Deals bought through Groupon -Groupon Return Policy
"You may return items within 14 days of receiving them by mailing back to the supplier sealed in their original packaging.Groupon will refund you shortly thereafter.Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping."
All items returned due to customer remorse reasons are subject to a 15% restocking fee and shipping charges.
We encourage the customers to contact the respective manufacturers for warranty service. All products we sell come with Manufacturers warranty unless stated otherwise. Defective items other than the specified Excluded Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be returned in new or unused condition and contain all original packing materials included with the initial shipment. All returned items will be inspected prior to completing credit or exchange.

Notify us within 24 hours if the damage is concealed.
The following items cannot be returned to BTV Direct for any reason. All televisions/displays 40" and over, television stands, home and office video projectors, all products shipped by LTL carriers
Detailed Television and Large items Limited Non-Refundable 30-Day Return Policy
For larger shipments: If you determine upon inspection that the condition of the shipping box is satisfactory, an adult (age 18 or older) is required to sign the shipping carrier's release form to complete delivery. By signing this release, you are acknowledging and agreeing to BTV Direct’s Policy and Agreement, understanding that you cannot return the television to BTV Direct for a refund and that the condition of the delivery meets your expectations. After delivery, please read all included documentation and/or contact the manufacturer directly to determine applicable warranty coverage, if needed.
LTL shipments require that shipping damage is reported to BTV Direct within 24 HOURS of the product’s delivery.
All large Televisions and products shipped by LTL carrier (Less than Truck Load) are not returnable.
1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
