Wasnt the right battery. Then asked if i could be directed to the right battery didnt get a response for over a week ill never buy from newegg again. I paid 20$ for a battery that ill never use.

Rating + 2 Read fine print

I purchased this item: 2100mAh Battery For SAMSUNG SCH-i535, SPH-L710, SGH-T999, Galaxy S III 4G" which states in description it is compatible with these battery parts: - Compatible Battery Part Number:
EB-L1G6LLUC, EB-L1G6LVA, EB-L1G6LLK, EB-L1G6LLA. I received one that is either defective and does not have the same part number as my old battery and therefore will not charge. There was no option other than the one battery. Before you buy realize they charge a restocking fee and Newegg will charge a high price for a shipping label so now I paid $14 for shipping an item that I cannot even use and receive less than $5 back. Do not purchase unless you know exactly what you're getting and apparently don't believe descriptions.

Rating + 1 Recieved the wrong item AGAIN

I was sent either incorrect or inactive shipping numbers twice. When I got my first email response, which was nice & quick, I noticed the item description didn't match what I had ordered. I ordered an 850 mah battery for a zune 30gb and noticed the description was for an ipod classic battery, even though the order number still specified I had ordered the zune battery. I went ahead and email the seller that it looked like I had been sent the wrong item, which they seemed to ignore and just send another tracking number that didn't work. I do not recommend ordering anything from china, since this is the SECOND TIME from two different websites, yet same seller, that this has happened to me.

i got sent the wrong fan and it took over 15 day to receive it.
sent it back and is taking over a month for the one i ordered.
i would not order from them again. my computer clients i am fixing this for went somewhere else!

I ordered a small PDA battery, and wanted to track the item during delivery. However, the first tracking number was invalid - but they responded very quickly to my email. And they continued to correspond with me very kindly as I waited for the shipment. Free shipping from Hong Kong - that's amazing!!!

    We offer only fine quality merchandise. If you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days from receipt of merchandise. At your request, we will issue you a credit back to your account, or exchange the merchandise. By placing an order, you agree to the following return policies and Instructions.

    All returns must include the following or it will be rejected and returned back to you at your cost:
    • Product purchased from our Newegg Marketplace store ONLY
    • Original Condition, no physical damage (exclude damages sustained during transportation)

    • Valid RMA number obtained from website or customer service for the correct product and order (follow below return instruction to apply RMA#)

    Additional Return Requirements and Policy:
    1. An RMA number must be requested within thirty (30) calendar days of the delivery date. Shipping charge is the cost of us sending the product to you and will not be refunded. No restocking fee will be applied on return for DOA/Defective and shipping damaged product. Shipment received with visible damages must be reported to us within seven (7) calendar days of the delivery date. Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.

We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
