Credit amount will be calculated as follows:
TIRES: Credit, less all shipping charges incurred.
NO RESTOCKING FEES LIKE OUR COMPETITORS!
If tires are returned due to incorrect ordering, a $35.00 call tag fee will be added to the shipping charges.
No refund will be issued if the tire manufacturer labels have been removed and/or the tires have been mounted on wheels.

No refund will be issued if the wheels have been mounted to tires. Please test fit wheels prior to mounting tires.
SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS: Special order items are not returnable.
Accessories: All accessories carry their respective manufacturers warranties. We will be happy to assist you in any way should a warranty be necessary.
All Orders shipped are charged shipping both ways on refused shipments. If a cancelation is requested mid shipment, a $25.00 dollar intercept fee will be applied, as this amount is charged to BestWheelsOnline.com.
Credit will be issued to the credit card and holder used on the order. If payment was made in cash or by check, the refund will be issued to the billing address name and address within 10 business days.
BestWheelsOnline.com does not accept, or credit, any returns after 30 days from purchase.
Only unused product that has not been driven on or installed is eligible for return.
Shipping and Damage Claims
If your shipment arrived damaged, please contact BestWheelsOnline.com’s Customer Service Department at 1-877-745-7662 x1. In most cases, we do require 3 photos of the damaged product and packaging, to take the correct course of action. We will report the damage to the shipper and arrange for a replacement, at the sole discretion of BestWheelsOnline.com. The merchandise must be completely repackaged in the original packing for return. The shipper will inspect and pick up the damaged merchandise and return it to BestWheelsOnline.com.
How To Properly Re-Package a Return
1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
