-Would never recommend this seller to anyone.
-Very late to ship initially.
-When I did receive the computer it died when I had almost finished configuring the unit. Much lost time!
-Blair Technology said they would replace the unit with another as soon as the defective unit was received. This did not happen. If it weren't for Newegg I would have been in serious trouble. Newegg stepped in and issued a refund.

This seller is obviously overwhelmed. After contacting them for non-delivery through Newegg, I got a re-estimate of 7 to 10 business days for fulfillment. Three days after the very last of those days, the merch arrived. This was after several back-and-forth email exchanges, and busy signals on their customer service line. Be forewarned. It gets worse. The item was shipped with an exhausted battery. Then other problems quickly developed. In other words, the item never worked correctly, had to be returned, and THEN I was charged a re-stocking fee. These people should be eliminated from the Newegg site, and WERE about a month ago. Now I see they're back. CAVEAT EMPTOR. DON'T DO IT! Take a look at the amount of negative reviews they've racked up. 24% of the comments. I should have read these before I took the plunge. (SIGH) So don't make the same mistake I made.

This seller is a joke--do not buy from them. I ordered a laptop --no show on laptop--no return communication from seller even after contacting Newegg twice regarding no information from seller. The seller makes out a UPS label but never ships. It has been "waiting to ship" per UPS for over 2 weeks.

The ruse is Blair creates a UPS shipping label that allows the charge, but has nothing to do with the shipping. So the UPS site always note "in transit with no date of arrival."

The actual UPS site states shipping label created and that is all.

As an after review of this supplier, I was stupid for ordering.

After multiple emails , concerns to NewEgg without reply, I am at wit's end.

I was a Newegg believer and several times recommended Newegg after 14 years of quality service. I will not be a returning customer. Hello Tiger direct.

no I would never purchase product or recommend Blair Technoligies group gave initial delivery date of 8/8 order was placed 7/31 not my usual service from newegg but acceptable today tracking shows delivery not even scheduled Vendor not acceptable in my opinion will be on the lookout for them in the future and not purchase products offered by them

Orderd on 6/26 and charged on 6/30. As of today 7/25/2016, no receipt of order.

Ordered on 6/27...credit card was charged. It's now 7/21 and no delivery of laptops. After an email to Newegg, who contacted Blair, they said laptops should ship in another 6-10 business days...HUH??? Listing says most customers receive within 4-8 days....yeah, ok!

I do not recommend buying from this seller. They took a long time to ship an order and when I figured out it would be too late for when I needed it I emailed and we agreed to cancel the order. Then they decided they could send it quicker and send it anyways without asking me. It was not soon enough and they were able to have it sent back to them and I would never have to see it but then did not refund 8% for an unexplained reason. Maybe a restock fee on something that should have never shipped.

Order processing took 5 days, delivery took an additional 15 days ( my order receipt said that delivery was 3-5 day service).
I asked Blair Tech to rush me a replacement of a similar or equivalent laptop.
They didn't respond to the request.
My laptop arrived too late to be used on the trip that it was intended for.
I'm returning the unopened package.

-Took them 30 days to realize my order existed.
-Busted key upon opening the laptop.
-Dust, Dandruff, and webbing all over the inside of the laptop. The speakers has crud in them.
-Packaging consist of nothing more than the laptop being wrapped in a plastic bag, and tossed in a loose fit box.

Ordered a refurb laptop, received email that order had been placed and billed, waited 2 weeks for delivery which was supposed to be within 3-5 days. I had to call Blair and speak to a customer service rep who stated that they were a LITTLE behind in shipping, I cancelled the order. Terrible communication will never buy anything from this seller.

My credit card is charged but the product never left seller premises. Furthermore the info from the seller falsely claim it was delivered! 6/25/2016 8:18:12 AM
I would not recommend this seller since they are sending false information about the shipping and they charge customer's credit card before the actual product was received from the customer. Three weeks after my order I do not have the product and no word from the seller?!
I am Newegg customer almost from their humble beginnings and I am surprised that the Newegg will asocciate themselves with this company.
Stay far from Blair Technology Group!

Ordered 3 Computers on May 22th, promised delivery was for May 27th. It is now June 10th, still no computers. Twice I have been told shipping delay of "up to 7-10 days", I am at the end of the 2nd one. These are for a church and they are not currently able to run programs. Don't purchase unless you have an unlimited time table. Would not recommend, would not buy again.

After placing my order, the shipping label was created 5 days later....then nothing. No movement in tracking via UPS. No update from seller. Claim filed and 4 days later no response. Finally requesting a refund...after missing my son's birthday! Ugh!

Disappointed - Could have been better 2/23/2016 9:24:20 AM
The PC I purchased (the case) was very worn. It also had a screw loose inside the case I had to remove before turning the unit on. I also had to install the OS it was not installed as advertised. Other than that, the unit works as advertised.
