Seller did a great job of packaging the item for its trans continental trip which was very much appreciated. They also threw in a plug adapter to convert the item to be used in the US which was a surprise.

Extremely fast delivery! 8/16/2019 11:40:12 AM
The board arrived very very fast considering the transatlantic delivery. However, it was DOA... Q-code 00... Tried reseating the CPU, different memory modules, but no joy. Contacted Asus service first and they asked me to send the board to them. Then I contacted the Seller for a quick replacement, but the only offer I got was to send it back for a refund. Initially I sent it to Asus, but I was able to stop the shipping, and get the motherboard back. Decided to first investigate myself. Turned out that in the USB 3.0 Gen 1 port (front panel) one pin was bent and was touching an another one. In addition, there were several pins bent in the CPU socket too. Using a stereo microscope, it was easy to realign the CPU pins, but the USB pin did broke off. Added a CPU and filled the memory slots - it turned on immediately! Right now is running memtest86+. Overall, the Seller is one of the bests I ever dealt with, but this particular product (Asus Maximus XI Gene) was a disappointment.

Shipped incorrect item to me 6/27/2019 9:53:10 AM
Everything went smoothly until I received my order in the mail. I was sent the incorrect item. The seller was very responsive and cooperative in getting me a return shipping label but the simple fact is that I was hoping to have my new sound card by a certain time so I could install it when I had free time. I waited until the right time to order it but now, I have to go through the inconvenience of shipping it back to the seller and wait additional time for the return to be processed and the correct item to be shipped out. I do appreciate the seller's efforts to correct this mistake but it has taken way too long to receive an item I was planning to use a week ago.

The seller was fine, no complaints there. I do wish Newegg made it much more clear that you are selecting a marketplace seller though. My intention was to order all my parts from Newegg directly, and I didn't realize until afterwards that only 1 piece, the motherboard, came from a marketplace seller. And of course that seller was in the UK. So I got my whole PC in a couple days, then the motherboard like a week later.

For the seller, I did want to mention this experience with DHL sucked. Wasn't your fault, but there it is. It made it to my state in the US from the UK in a couple days then they failed so many times to deliver it that it sat in my town for 4 days while they kept going to the wrong house. I'm amazed the motherboard was intact when it arrived. Half a dozen calls to DHL to leave notes for the driver seemingly had no effect. It eventually made it here though.

I would definitely use this seller again. Got it quick. And though it was in perfect condition, I was troubleshooting a fix for my machine, and this was not the cause. So I returned it. He got back to me with great customer service.

I placed an order for a motherboard from Bleepbox on a Friday, and I am getting it on Tuesday. I ordered some RAM on the same order from within U.S. and coming from within U.S. it will take over a week. Bleepbox is the best. and I do mean the best. Everyone should aspire to be as good as they are.

Contacted seller and stated this was my Second purchase of this item. Told THIS seller; first seller item came Damaged in shipping. ( Got the money back but took months. ) So if they could Please double box and double bubble wrap Prior to shipping. Got item without damage to original product: BUT item took a beating on the way . Wish seller would have listened and placed item in a box with bubble wrap around and additionally bubble wrapped box to allow shippers damages to be taken up on outer box and bubble wrap. Clearly they have not waited months for re-reimbursement from shippers Damage Claims. Other wise 5 EGGS a seller with good communication skills and Quality Products :-)

I ordered a motherboard on a Tuesday and got it Friday of the same week. Spectacular to say the least. Packing etc..... as always from them, probably could have been run over by a truck and not got damaged.... I would only ask one tiny favor of them, find some ASUS 970 Pro Gaming/Aura motherboards. If you do, as long as they are not too expensive, i will buy 2 or more. Guys, perfect as ever. Do not hesitate to order from Bleepbox, you will be happy with the product, the delivery time and the price.

When purchasing from marketplace some retailers are not very forth coming.The pricing was fine but this board was never tested and I have been trying to reach them which is not an easy task. I notified customer service for either a refund, complete or a working motherboard still waiting to get some resolution from this seller. Be very award the items purchased from what appears to not be local are subject to cost more than it is worth. These retailers are giving what is a good place for deals a bad reputation

Hi Deborah, sorry for the miscommunication. The first message we received from you was 20 hours 48 minutes ago, and we responded within 10 minutes with a refund without return. I have noticed however that you did open a claim on Tuesday, we don't receive a notification in the Newegg message board when a claim is submitted. Very sorry, we never check the claims board as we never get any put in, we would only expect a claim if we were refusing to refund you or not adhering to our returns policy in some way. As soon as you messaged with a return request we saw that you wished to return your item and this issue got resolved, moving forward I will make sure that the claims board is also checked for return requests

I received my shipment in two days from the time it shipped which was also very quick. One thing to remember is both the courier service (DHL) and Newegg did not update the shipment status until almost the day of delivery. Newegg said "Shipment Pending" even though it had already been through customs in the U.S. DHL's tracking service was only updated the day before delivery. A bit slow for updates but the shipment arrived fast. I contacted the seller and they answered back promptly with the answers I needed. None of these are the fault of the seller at all and none of this would affect any of my future purchases.

Lack of Communication big problem 2/7/2019 10:08:34 PM
So there were a bunch of issues with this delivery leading to it being a week late. However I feel like most of them were on the carrier's side so it's not the companies fault. The only major complaint I have is lack of communication. They never updated NewEgg the only place I knew of where to get information on the delivery and had to reach out to them to get an update on the status of the delivery. It took a few more days to get the package but again that's more on the carrier than Bleepbox. It was just super frustrating to be left in the dark and having to reach out to multiple sources to figure out where my package was.

Hi, very sorry you experienced the delay, we do add the tracking to Newegg but the only way to see a detailed view of the shipping process is to google "dhl tracking" and enter your tracking number into their website, we are looking at ways to inform you guys of this. It is also our fault, even though DHL were delayed, we have systems that flag that event and this should have been raised with a proactive message to you on the day it happened, instead of you having to contact us the next day and us having to react to this. It's a rare event but it should be failsafe when it does occur.

Excellent service, exceptional packaging care and fast international shipping! Bleepbox is a great company and I would absolutely recommend them. Order was placed on Friday and delivered in the US on Wednesday. They wrapped the motherboard in bubble wrap many, many times and stuffed the shipping box full.
