Rating + 1 Stay clear of this seller

The seller did not respond to my several attempts to contact. After paying (compulsory) for shipping of 5-7 days the order was still in the verification stage over a week later. When i requested to cancel the order all of a sudden the order showed as being in shipping mode. However for another week longer the item was not shipped or could not be tracked because it was in the "packaging" stage i.e. before being shipped. At which point I finally spoke with a NewEgg representative who emailed the seller and tried to call the seller to inform that the order should be cancelled. Despite all of this the seller still eventually shipped the order another week later.
The order: an ipad cover for my kids ipad that I had also ordered through NewEgg (different seller thankfully). So end result I could not give the ipad to my kid until I could get cover which I had to long before ever seeing the order from this seller. A competitor delivered free at a cheaper cost within 2 days and it actually arrived next day. Now I have to try and return an item that should never have been shipped to me after a few weeks.

Stay clear of this seller!

Rating + 1 Poor Seller/ Terrible service

Ordered 2 cases for a Nexus 6P received 1 for 6P and one for a 6. Contacted seller didn't get decent response, contacted Newegg got the shipping costs refunded. Finally heard from seller I paid to ship back to seller Once again Newegg refunded me the shipping cost. Seller received case back on Aug 12 I enclosed information which stated that I wanted the correct replacement case which fits the Phone. On Aug 25th I received a
refund of 16.99 for the case which I purchased for 19.99. Seller is AWFUL . DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SELLER, THEY WILL SEND YOU THE WRONG ITEM AND KEEP YOUR MONEY

I wanted to return the product but seller not resposive. I called newegg and explanned my problem but newegg never got back to me. I called newegg again and got an address to return product but I still do not have my money back. I am unhappy with them and with newegg.

Rating + 1 Unsatisfied completely, now 26 days without product

This product was reported as shipped immediately (31 Dec 2015) it is now 26 January 2016; no update has been providing on the product or shipping information; a fake tracking number was generated that links to no shipping company. I am still without product and requests for refunds have gone unheard.

Its now 10 days. Brillotech provided a fake tracking number 10 days ago. They confirmed that they do not have the item in stock. I asked for a refund from both Brillotech and Newegg neither is providing one. Had to file a credit card chargeback

The seller marked the package as shipped immediately, but didn't actually give the package to the USPS for another TWELVE DAYS. I will never purchase from this seller again.

Rating + 1 A Joke

Do not buy from this company. Seller is incredibly unprofessional and refuses to answer communications until newegg is forced to step in, Never ship out products on time, and I'm still awaiting a refund for my phone case that was never sent. If I could leave negative eggs for these clowns, I would. Avoid like the bubonic plague.

Rating + 1 Seller is unprofessional and unreliable

Eleven days after I placed my order it has not yet been shipped. Upon contacting the seller they provided me with a story that seemed made up, and indicated the package would be shipping "a few days late". It's already been ELEVEN DAYS. Don't buy from this seller.
