Rating + 1 Sells Counterfeit Goods

I ordered a "Sandisk" Extreme 32 GB Compact Flash card. What I was sent was a counterfeit card (verified by Sandisk support). The card had a Sandisk sticker on the front, but the actual card only had 3.3 GB capacity (despite falsely reporting as 32 GB, all data after 3.3 GB was lot). The card was also incredibly slow-- no better than class 5 or class 6 performance-- when the Sandisk Extreme is supposed to be faster than class 10!

I would strongly recommend you avoid doing business with this seller. If you've already purchased from them I would check any goods you've received to make sure they are actually legitimate.

Rating + 1 Sells Counterfeit Goods!

I purchased a "Sandisk" Extreme 32 GB compact flash card from this seller. What I actually received was a counterfeit card (verified as fake by Sandisk support) with 3.3 GB of actual capacity, and no better than class 5 or class 6 performance-- not even class 10, let alone faster as the Sandisk Extreme is supposed to be!

It looks like they've already been removed from the marketplace, but if you bought anything from these guys, double check that you actually got what you ordered!

i was having problems with this product - the battery wouldn't charge and the phone was getting really hot while charging. i called the manufacturer - Mophie - and they told me this:

Thank you for sending your product back to mophie for warranty service.

We examined the juice pack that you recently returned to our customer care center and have determined that it is not an authentic mophie product.

Accordingly, since the product is counterfeit, we cannot replace or repair the product and are sending it back to you. The item shipped to us has been returned to you via U.S. Postal Service with the tracking number XXXXX

Callme Mall was right on target. Excellent product, exact specifications, excellent packaging, fast sale to ship - HOWEVER, NOTE that CallMe Mall ships from CHINA so expect 10-15 day delivery. Excellent price if you can wait the time!

Rating + 2 slow & knock off

Like others posted the shipping time was very slow.
The ipad case itself turned out to be the counterfeit griffin case. It should function fine it just gives it an oily look to the screen. It's for a repair technician so he didn't care enough for me to return it

Ordered car charger, but received a USB charger. Didnt know package was coming from china, also took forever to get here.No returns on it so I'm stuck with it and have to eat the cost. HORRIBLE.

    We offer only fine quality merchandise. If you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days from receipt of merchandise. At your request, we will issue you a credit back to your account, or exchange the merchandise. By placing an order, you agree to the following return policies and Instructions.

    All returns must include the following or it will be rejected and returned back to you at your cost:

    • Original Condition, no physical damage (exclude damages sustained during transportation)

    Additional Return Requirements and Policy:
    1. An RMA number must be requested within thirty (30) calendar days of the delivery date. Shipping charge is the cost of us sending the product to you and will not be refunded. No restocking fee will be applied on return for DOA/Defective and shipping damaged product. Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
