I bought something from them and never received it. No tracking info either. I contacted the seller and never got a response. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing from them. If I had, I would have realized the staggering amount of people who never received their item.

I ordered the FiiO E17 Alpen Portable Headphone Amplifier & DAC but what I received was a FiiO E17K Alpen 2. I requested a RMA from Cell Lounge about ten days ago and I'm still waiting for a response.

Avoid this seller at all costs. Never shipped item and doesn't respond to emails or calls.
They are total scammers.
Not sure why Newegg still allows then on here.
Should be zero eggs but it won't let me do it.

Rating + 1 They were not buy from seller

Horrible seller, does not reply, not responsive. I asked a question and got a generic apologetic reply which had nothing to do with my question, in other words they ignored my question. I told them not to ship at least 3 days before they shipped it. Very bad business, no one should ever buy from this seller. Newegg should remove this seller from their site. This is as bad as it gets when it comes down to customer service. DO NOT RECOMMEND at any cost.

Rating + 1 Incorrect quantity; never corrected

I ordered one dozen pens (Sanford 1802226 Sharpie Pen Stylo Fine 12-Pkg) and was charged for 12 pens. I received 1 pen and went back and forth trying to get it corrected and never did. So I paid $32.12 for 1 pen.

My experience seems to echo those of others who placed an order with Cell Lounge. A few days after placing my order they sent me a DHL tracking number. After a week went by the tracking number still showed invalid. I contacted Cell Lounge who said DHL probably lost it. I contacted DHL who said it was an invalid tracking number. I contacted Cell Lounge again who said they'd refund my money, but after another week and countless unanswered e-mails, I never received the package or a refund. I finally contacted NewEgg and they immediately refunded my money even though the purchase wasn't directly from them. It speaks volumes of NewEgg's customer service and I really appreciate their help. I'll definitely continue to buy from NewEgg, but will be more wary of marketplace sellers.

Rating + 1 I'm pretty sure I got scammed...

I was skeptical from ordering from a marketplace seller, and should have done some more research. I figured their rating was good, so I would get my product in a timely order. Boy, was I mistaken, and my skepticism was well placed.
I ordered a Fiios E10 DAC, and they "shipped" it. They never provided a valid tracking number, and my order hasn't arrived yet (it's been 12 days). I e-mailed them and they have not replied to my email (outside of automated response), I called them and their automated message doesn't state their office hours (I work 6 days week, so knowing office hours is crucial). The order from Newegg, from the same shopping cart and checkout as my order from Cell Lounge, arrived 4 days after checkout (over weekend).
If I had bothered digging into the reveiws, I would have seen that this is not a company worthy of business recently. And given the rather terrible Market Place Gaurantee from Newegg, it's going to be another month before I get my refund. Oh boy.

Item has not shipped. They claim it's USPS, then Fedex, then DHL Global (international?). Talk about crooks! Item still hasn't shipped. Thanks to Amex, already opened a dispute! AVOID!
