Units arrived quickly and were well packed. Cards work as advertised. Only drawback to installation was a needed stereo male-to-male cable to run from the card to the capture device was not included. These are commonly shipped with PC monitors that have built-in speakers so I had a few on hand, lack was not an issue for me. Installation of drivers was straight-forward with from the included driver disk. Would recommend this card and vendor for anyone looking for video capture solutions.

I'm putting together a machine that I'll be using for my software development work, and one of the crucial components of my build is Samsung's 960 Pro M.2 SSD. Unfortunately, the product was out-of-stock everywhere I looked -- until I found Compute4Less. I put in an order 5 days ago, at the very end of a Thursday night. In my haste, I forgot to check reviews; after seeing a couple disheartening remarks, I sent a message late on Friday night asking when I might expect my package. The next morning, around 7 AM (on a Saturday!), I received a message stating that I should expect a delivery on Tuesday or Wednesday; sure enough, it's Tuesday and I just received my package!

I think this is the first review I've ever written for a seller on any site -- it's not something that I usually feel inclined to do. However, in light of how pleasant my experience was -- especially compared to some of the (admittedly minority) bad reviews -- I figured it was only fair to leave some kind words. Albeit a sample size of one, if this is representative of typical business with this seller, I'll certainly be looking forward to buying other components from them in the future!

Please do not waste your time with this seller. I have been getting the run around for 2 weeks with most of my emails and calls to customer service being completely ignored. It is impossible to get in touch with customer service team. I recommend to never buy from Compute4Less. I have left multiple emails and voicemail's to this company that have been ignored, stick with NewEgg.

Ordered memory. Got email that it was sent. It didn't show up for 10 days (I was patient), looked up the tracking number, it was bogus, didn't work, so I finally called. He was apologetic, promised to look into it and call me back. 2 hours later, no phone call so I called. Again, apologies, promised to surely call me back the same day.
In the meantime I found out that the memory (Patriot 32 GB SODIMM) is widely UNavailable - nobody has it.
He didn't call back the same day. But he called in the morning, told me what I already knew (memory unavailability) and offered to cancel the order with a full refund. Which happened very quickly afterwards.
So - before you advertise anything, I would suggest to make sure you can deliver
Communication - not exactly stellar but he at least tried
Refund - no problems and very fast
Would I order again? Probably not, I'll be looking for stuff that's readily available. And probably from newegg only, don't need to waste time

Shree may seem friendly on the phone but forget about trying to return something that was received damaged. He will pass the buck on to everyone else (shipper, distributor, newegg, etc.) so as not to deal with the problem himself. Wish there was a "negative" 5 egg rating because that's how disrespected I feel right now.

I would not recommend this seller - I am still waiting to hear back from them in regards to returning and unopened, factory sealed item that was just not what we were looking for. I answered all their questions on October 31, 2016 and still no reply.

This seller sent the wrong product. I paid substantially more for a CoolerMaster MasterCase 5 WITHOUT a side window. The seller sent me the model with the window, which, if I wanted a window, I could have spent at least $30 less. I would not recommend this seller, nor will I order from them again. Further, I WILL recommend to others to avoid this seller.

Three weeks and waiting 11/7/2016 4:16:12 PM
Merchant took eight days to charge my account and on the tenth day they sent a tracking number FedEx does not find. After two emails from NewEgg and two from myself they said the RAM was being sent by Patriot. I have been wondering whether one star due to their tardiness is too harsh but considering my new PC is on hold for three weeks and the fact other merchants carry the memory on stock, one star is my verdict.

Product price dropped right after I ordered it. I was worried about the customer service reviews on Compute4Less but I sent a request for partial refund for the difference anyways. Customer service emailed back very quickly and processed the partial refund.

Not very eager to satisfy customer...shipped wrong printer and is treating me like its my fault. Then on top of that, tells me that it will take 7 to 10 days to do a return on the item.....I have a feeling he thinks I would do that....but, that eats away my time to stop payment and/or reduces my ability to meet the requirements on a return.
I don't think I will order from this Seller again. Lesson learned.

Open Box, Failed Product, and No Refund for Returned Product 8/8/2016 4:24:46 PM
I ordered two external HDDs. One was clearly used; scratched case, cables in Ziplocs. The other unit did not work. I returned both in the original packaging for a refund, they received the delivery 30 days ago, and still have not received one. I will update this comment if I do.

I had to RMA some memory that I ordered for my computer. The process went fast and smooth. No problems from the seller. I'm taking off one star because the memory is overpriced compared to what Newegg is charging. Newegg didn't have it in stock when I ordered it. I didn't know about the lower price until Newegg got it back in stock. The difference in price is $40.00.

BAD news...the pc keeps freezing up. They gave me the number for HP support, and I spent an hour on the phone with them...and sure enough it keeps freezing up. Going to have to spend anotherhou on the phone with HP. GRRRR

If provided the option, I'd give this company negative stars.

Ignoring the fact that upon purchase of the monitor, it said it was in stock, they neglected to inform me that I'd have to wait a couple of weeks until it was back in stock, then another week for it to arrive. After a couple of days, I received an email stating it was on it's way so I was waiting for the monitor to arrive...nothing came. I had to email them to be told what was going on. Already off on a bad foot.
Then when it actually did arrive, it had easily 50 pixels that had already burnt out. Don't get me wrong, the rest of the monitor had gorgeous quality and I'd give it 5 stars if I actually had it, however I returned the monitor due to it's condition, contacted them for a replacement, and got no response about it until a week later I contacted Newegg support to intervene and help the process along. The supplier emailed me asking for the tracking number for the return so I provided it. Now I'm going on week 3 soon, after returning it (which by the way I had to pay for the return cost of $40 because they wouldn't send a shipping label), and am still waiting for a response.

At this point I simply want a refund on the item. I've tried getting a hold of newegg support again to try and handle that process but will have to continue waiting. 6 weeks without a monitor that I should have and $240 poorer, I'm very dissatisfied.

This company has provided the worst customer service I've ever seen, especially through newegg who typically is top notch. I realize it's not newegg's fault and simply hope they'll help me remedy the situation.
