The sale, payment, and tracking number were handled immediately, but nothing ever shipped. I contacted them after about a week and they said they were expecting more in soon, and I can either wait, or they'd process a refund. I couldn't find a cheaper option, so I wait.

Shipment was first delivered to wrong address. Then found wrong item was sent. Seller did not offer to pay for return shipping, had to ask. When return was received by seller they then alluded that the correct package was sent and had to clarify for them to review model number of unit vs was is on Newegg site. Seller finally refunded money. I would not be interested in buying from this seller again.

I understand that cable management isn't going to be perfect but i have a lot of RGB in my buid, mainly cause everything is white. The case is nice looking but in terms of my cable management is trash. Theres hardly any room for all my cables.

Ordered a TV from this vendor. We didn't receive it on time so I started trying to track the shipment.
The tracking information they listed in Newegg's portal (and never updated) didn't work. When I reached out initially, the tracking number I was given didn't work either. After multiple emails I was given an accurate tracking number.
This company listed themselves as Wall Mart (yes that is spelled funny, Newegg's review system blocks the correct spelling) with the freight carrier, so when I got the call for the delivery (which may have actually been close to on time had I realized they lied about their name), I dismissed it as a spam/robocall since I had ordered nothing from Wall Mart (yes that is spelled funny, Newegg's review system blocks the correct spelling).
So now, I am getting the TV nearly a month late after contacting the freight carrier directly.
Read the other reviews, this company is trash and I highly recommend finding other vendors.
Newegg should also be blamed/ashamed for having them as a seller in the first place.

Saved Vendor- Not same-day or even next day processing, but always by 3rd day, orders shipped and received on time, packaging secure, always get exactly what is advertised.

I will continue to use this seller for any products I need that they provide, and you should, too.

Compute4less is responsible. Purchased on 12/19/18. Scheduled delivery was initially 12/27/18. Item wasn't shipped until 26th. Finally received on 1/2/19. Could've purchased elsewhere had I been given accurate shipping estimate, especially since it sat on a holding station for 6 days before FedEx even picked up.

Great case for the money 1/7/2019 1:54:10 AM
Took a little longer than expected. I wanted this case because you mount the video card Vertically. After several days of trouble shooting with MSI and Gigabyte it was determined the Cable provided was bad. It worked until the video card was under load. Then it caused havoc. A higher quality PCIe cable would be nice.

Sold recertified printer and warranty was expired 1/2/2019 8:09:18 AM
Printer would not print when arrived.
Error message stated that the output bin was full. The flag was always making the sensor.
Trying to get the printer serviced but is out of warranty. Customer service said see HP.

For my i9 build items were ship on time except the cpu. I requested an update since FedEx track number was never updated. Your response was noncommittal "contact seller". You are my seller, I paid you my bill. My computer build up was delayed 10 days. Your competitor (starts with A) fulfill center provide me with updates due to weather delay of a replacement computer case. Case was received before You cpu. Also i received wrong color memory.

Good price but I had to wait almost a month to get the RAM. That wasn't compute4less fault as it was being shipped directly from Kingston but the was no indication of any of this at the time of purchase.

First let me state that I ordered two things on the same day this pertains to my $1,700+ computer that I purchased and the other thing was an Oculus that was $400+, I got warranties on both products. Also, I’m not sure if the problem was either the seller or with the Newegg website itself but this was the most stressful process I have EVER been through buying something online! The first problem I had was my banks, they flagged Newegg as a fraudulent charge and wouldn’t let my payment go through (neither the sellers fault or Newegg’s). After a stressful process of calling my bank ang unflagging Newegg I tried to purchase the computer for the second time. The charge still didn’t go throughfor the computer but it did for the Oculus (which is strange). So, I figured it was still my bank, maybe it just took a while for them to unflag Newegg and I’d give it more time (at the time I was at work on my lunch break) so I waited until 3:00pm to try again. I tried to purchase the computer for a third time, IT STILL DIDNT GO THROUGH!!! By this time I was having a panic attack because they were all sold out except for this one that was on hold for me (because I had tried to purchase it, it was placed on hold for two days). I immediately called Newegg customer service and it took upwards to 30-45 minutes to even get ahold of anyone. Finally after about a 20 minute conversation of clearing up all of the failed purchases and actually just purchasing it all over the phone and making sure the total still added up the same to what I was suppose to pay on the website itself it was all done and both the customer service rep and I hung up. Then I realized I didn’t get an email confirmation or any sort of proof besides my bank statements. This set on panic attack number two. I’ll fast track this last part. So, because I had to purchase it over the phone it messed up the tracking info which they finally sent me some sort of tracking number but it was widely unreliable. It never gave me an estimated time of delivery so I missed the time it was delivered and wasn’t there to sign for it. It was a Friday, I called UPS, I had to wait from 7:30pm-8:00pm at the UPS customer center, the time they close, giving me another panic attack (if you are counting that’s number three). The UPS truck it was on got there exactly at 8:00pm and they were able to get it off of the truck and give it to me while treating me very poorly. The computer was also loose in a box that was packed pretty poorly even though it seems to be working fine.
Oh and to top it all off in the process the day after I was actually able to make the purchase my bank called to tell me they were cancelling my debit card because someone made a duplicate and tried to make a purchase from Ohio with it! I’m not quite sure if this is related but after all of the trouble I had it really feels like it was.

Wouldn’t recommend this seller at all. Canceled an order days ago since my 2 shipping didn’t happen. After 3 days of having it canceled I’m assuming they didn’t check their emails they decided to charge and send the item anyways. Now I’m out of my money and it won’t be returned till the recieve the package they sent. The package is still being shipped and I’m out 200 + dollars despite multiple messages to the seller from me and Newegg’s costumer service. Their costumer service isn’t reliable nor helpful considering they don’t respond at all.

I placed my order on 3/20/18 through Newegg. On 3/25/18 I inquired to the seller for shipping information and why my order was never placed and credit card charged. No tracking # and no status change up until this point. I called Newegg and they also inquired to the seller on the same day (3/25/18). The same day they gave me a tracking number. On 3/26 I checked the Fedex site and there was no status and sent the seller another message asking for clarification. The seller responded on 3/27/18, "Due to sales error order got stuck at our distributor site. Sorry for the delay" and gave me a new tracking number that had a destination to a different state. I sent a a new message the same day (3/27/18) stating that the tracking information with the new tracking number didn't match the delivery address. I sent an additional message to the seller on 3/30/18 after the package was delivered to a different state address and also called the seller directly. I spoke with Shree and he looked up my order. He didn't understand why I was given so many tracking numbers and gave the real tracking number over the phone and responded to my message on Newegg with the same tracking info. I received my order on 3/31/18. This seems to be the norm with ordering with Compute4Less Corp. I recommend calling them immediately after you place an order and make sure you get proper tracking # and your order gets processed on time.
