My daughter ordered a WDTV Live for a Christmas gift. It took a long time to get here. She tested before wrapping and the unit was clearly bad. She contacts DealFisher and they agree to send her an advance replacement, which never shows. Later she finds they refunded and cancelled (never told her) so she has to reorder. Takes forever again.
I ordered a couple as well. Took weeks to arrive. At least one also bad. Unit out of warranty about a week after I finally actually received it (!?! - supposed to have 90 days!). Refuse to deal with awful seller so requesting extended warranty from WD.

Got a great deal for a refurbished antenna. Received the item in great condition. Packing was really good. Initially I was worried that shipping was not done on time. But customer service was awesome when I contacted them. Very responsive, friendly, transparent and supportive. They bumped the shipping to one day so that I get the item as soon as possible. A very pleasant shopping experience and got a nice deal! Will certainly recommend the seller

Product came quickly and well package with all instructions and cables. This is refurbished, so the small crimp in the plastic of the antenna panel was expected. It did not affect the functionality in the least. Thanks!

If you give DealFisher your money, you get to play a game of pretend. They will pretend to ship you whatever you order. Pretend that FedEx lost it or destroyed it and then they will pretend like nothing's wrong. You can go on waiting and waiting and waiting almost indefinitely until you finally decided you've had enough and you want your product.

So I've been waiting for weeks for an item I ordered. They generated a FedEx tracking number in a timely manner so I figured, hey, it was probably shipped right? Nope. In my lack of foresight, I neither checked checked this sellers ratings or reviews. Come to find out they seem to be notorious for taking your money and failing to deliver products. So if you're one of the lucky few who have come here and seen the reviews you'll know not to buy from them as you probably will not receive your product. So I waited weeks for an item I will never receive from them. Granted, I should be getting my refund sometime within the next six weeks, so why shouldn't I be happy with their service right?

I have to say I was fully disappointed. I purchased this product and waited 3 weeks for it to show up, with nothing. After e-mailing DealFisher they responded with "I'm sorry we never sent you what you ordered, but we are out of the product so here's a refund."

I'm sorry but a company that will take your money and not even bother with shipping the product doesn't deserve your cash.

I ordered on 22 July 2014. Emailed on 04 August 2014 and seller said they no longer had item. Still no refund. Seller has poor communication and did not follow through with order.

My history with this seller has been good. Had a few orders dealing with this seller and the service and pricing was great. Shipping takes a little longer than usual, but if I wanted it right now; I would’ve picked overnight or expedited or picked it up at some large retail chain. Overall, I have no real issues with this seller and will continue to procure products from them - unless it is something I really needed like right now.

horrible. ordered an antenna in april, its june and still no product. supposedly they sent one out, I receive 10+ packages a month from internet orders, never had an issue except this package(which I don't believe they sent).

called multiple times for refund or replacement, needed 6 weeks to research. yep, 6 weeks. after that, when id call em, they would "accidentally" hang up on me, multiple times.

I would never order anything from this reseller. Way too much shady behavior.

tl;dr I am happy with my purchase.

I was purchasing a refurbished Nostromo Gaming Pad that was about half the price of the original cost. The Pad came in great looking condition with the cord wound up in a very neat looking manner. The packaging was not the original, but fortunately it included very straight forward directions of how to find and download the driver information.

The shipping took several days longer than I had anticipated from the point of original purchase.

Bought a refurbished soundbar. It was damaged on arrival. A big dent right on the front of it ... can't miss it. Am working on returning it.
