- Returns Policy
Returns are accepted up to 30 days after receipt of your item. If you are using a freight forwarder the 30 days begins once it is delivered to your forwarder.
Contact us via email before returning an item. All products being returned must first be issued a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number before they can be returned. Unauthorized returns will not be honored.
We only ship to the US. If you have the item sent outside the US you are responsible for returning the item to the US no matter what the problem is with the item.
Items that are damaged or defective will be replaced.
All returns are tested. If the product is found to be in working like new condition, you will be charged return shipping and up to a 20% restocking fee.
Acceptance of a return does not infer a full refund will be issued. If an item is returned opened or not in the original condition it was shipped in, a restocking fee up to 20% will be charged.
To be eligible for a full refund, less shipping costs, your item must be returned as it was shipped. That includes all packaging and paperwork. The item must be unopened and unused. Place the factory box into a separate shipping box. (Do not put shipping labels or tape on the manufacturer's package, unless the product was shipped that way. If you do, you could be charged a restocking fee.)
Please, drop off the package at your local drop off location within 5 days of the label creation date or the return will be canceled.
If the return label is unpaid, you must insure the package for the purchase price before shipping.
The serial number for the product you purchased must match our records, be present and legible. If your product does not meet these requirements, you will not be issued a refund. You then have 5 days to remove the product at your cost. Otherwise, we will dispose of it.
Shipping costs are not refunded. If an item is refused the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs incurred. The actual shipping costs incurred may be more or less than what is charged to the customer at checkout.
Not all products qualify for a return. Opened items from any of the categories listed here cannot be returned: health & beauty, software, video games and personal care.
Drone Return Policy: Drones must be unopened and in the original packaging or we will not accept a return. Once the item is opened, you will need to contact the manufacturer for any support.
Many items include the manufacturer's warranty. They may be returned to us within 30 days of receipt for replacement or service under warranty. Failure to seek resolution through the manufacturer may require the buyer paying return shipment costs.
1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
