I received an e-mail from Digital Shopper stating that the motherboard had shipped. The e-mail also contained a tracking number. The next day I received an e-mail saying that a refund had been issued. No explanation was provided. The tracking number provided showed the motherboard had been sent to another location. I reordered the motherboard from another seller.

Was given the wrong tracking code and was led to believe my package would arrive on a certain date. When I realised it was going to the wrong location I contacted customer support and he worked with the seller to get me a new one. It took 2 business days for them to tell me that the item was on back order and would not be back in stock until the 25th. Meaning I ordered my item on December 8th and will not be receiving it until sometime in January because of a miscommunication. Had I know the item was not in stock I most likely would have purchased something else as I need this part quickly. If I could give less than a 1 rating I would.

Tracking number was incorrect when shipped. Contacted customer service and was issued a new tracking number. Product arrived and I'm satisfied with it.

First impression totally wrong 12/14/2019 5:41:31 PM
I bought a set of DDRAM to upgrade my new laptop. The laptop will arrive here in two more days and I received a confirmation that my DDRAM was delivered today. At first, I was gladly surprised but then the whole mood went wrong when it was confirmed that the delivery was made somewhere in Florida... and I'm in the West Coast. I don't know who is responsible for typing the customer's info or making the shipping labels but y'all should consider a better check so customers don't have to wait over 5 days just to realize I have to wait few more in order to get my refund and use some one more reliable.

bought several components for my son's pc build for christmas present. just got notified today about an error in the order that i wouldnt be getting the parts delivered. had an order number, tracking, receipt and everything. package was delivered to someone up in MA about 4 days ago and i wasnt notified of the error until today. have no idea how it happened, but it seems almost shady. unless its a really good deal, probably never going to purchase from them again

The Newegg Marketplace Seller is very shady. Everything was in stock on Newegg and I placed my order, I was sent a tracking number for my order and I thought everything would be fine. I noticed when the tracking number said that delivery failed that supposedly the item I ordered was sent to a location on the other side of my state. I tried to contact the seller and they didn't respond right away so I contacted Newegg support and they sent a message to the seller as well. The Seller finally contacted me saying the item was not delivered to the wrong location and was actually out of stock and i would get a refund. When I asked why if an item was out of stock, was I given a tacking number and they claim that it was due to a "system error". This seems very shady as I have now seen that others have experienced this as well.

Seller delivered package to address in New York, I live in Virginia. Contacted New Egg Support three times. Each time I was promised the problem would be resolved. Newegg said seller posted incorrect tracking number on my invoice and I would receive correct one the next day. Neither package nor tracking number arrived. Still trying to get money credited back on my credit card.

Excellent customer service. There was a issue with an incorrect tracking number. I emailed the seller and thier customer service called me back to apologize and rectify the issue.

The part came late as the New egg address to me was correct. the second source shipper got the address wrong. BUT. it was all sorted out at warp speed so no real problem. It was taken care of very professionally and quickly by all concerned. Another fine job.

It was delivered to a house at least 100 miles away and it NEVER got to me. they had to reship and it finally got to me .And apparently the shipper found it and returned it.

I would suggest that you use anyone else than DigitalShopper. i spoke to numerous customer service reps without have one tell me anything different than the last. been waiting a month for a computer that was "in stock" and sent with expedited shipping. Cancelled the order.

Do not, I repeat do not order anything from digitalshopper. What a scam!!! Sent fake tracking number, now the memory is going freight, so they don’t have a tracking number. Freight for memory? Run as fast as you can. NewEgg, you should be ashamed for having them on your website. Your customers deserve better!!

This was a terrible experience.

My credit card was charged then I received a call from the 3rd party vendor that they did not have what I ordered in-stock. Then I was told they were going to issue a refund, but that would take several days

When I asked if they had any CPUs either one step above or below what I ordered the CS rep told me he would check with his sources and get back to me.

I called NewEgg, explained all of these goings one so that I could learn what they could do. My thoughts were to apply that money to a different CPU. I was told that unfortunately I had to wait for the DigitalShopper credit to appear. No one from DigitalShopper called me back that day to let me know what was happening.

A NewEgg supervisor got things straightened out and I did get my CPU even though it was more than a week late

The vendor did reach out to me.

I, being the one who had a missing CPU for a build, thought of this as an emergency situation and at the time I thought the response was too slow.

The vendor has mentioned changes in the way they do things so as to avoid a similar occurrence and have asked me to give them another shot on my next build.

I thought that kind of followup was commendable
