- Returns Policy
Items sold and shipped by Electronic Deals can be returned for an exchange or replacement by mail within 30 days of when you receive them. Electronic deals will provide the buyer with a return label and a RMA form via email to be sent with the product. If the order is “dead on arrival," or arrives in damaged condition, the customer can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Electronic Deals reserves the right to test "dead on arrival" returns and impose a restocking fee equal to 10-20% of the product sales price if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product. Any returned item that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable due to customer tampering will result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product. Electronic Deals will not accept returns more than 30 days after you receive the shipment, please contact the manufacturer.
If customer’s no longer want the item ordered, not due to a defect or error on our part, we are happy to accept any returns in accordance with our return policy. However there will be a 10-20% restocking fee for this type of return and the buyer is responsible for mailing the return to our returns center.
Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received it and have all original manufacturer's packaging (if applicable), materials, and accessories, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, and blank warranty cards. Please do not write or place shipping labels or stickers on the manufacturer's packaging. If the above conditions are not met, Electronic Deals has the right to charge a fee in addition to the 10-20% restocking fee.
Please note: Items must be returned in the original manufacturer's packaging, so we recommend you keep your packaging for at least the first 30 days after purchase. Any returns that is not returned within 30 days will be refused by our returns center
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to specific return shipping costs that vary by shipping method used in the original order.
If you would like to cancel an order that has been returned to us, you are subject to the return shipping costs as well as a 10-20% restocking fee.
• The process of returning an item by mail takes 2-3 weeks in most cases.
•All Televisions are not returnable, as they are serviced under the manufacturer's warranty
• A returned item must be identical to the brand, specifications, item description and condition of your original purchase.
• If you are returning an item for any other reason, not due to a defect, the buyer is responsible for mailing the item to our returns center. We recommend a shipping method that provides tracking and insurance. The buyer must contact our customer service department to authorize the return and receive a returns form via email.
1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
