This item is extremely difficult to find right now. I was looking for it for my daughter's birthday and was expecting it to be late as I did not want to pay extra to rush it. Though the cost was significant, but do understand that's competitive under the circumstance. My child never asked for any games till this time which I could not decline her wish (am sure any parents would do the same - if it's reasonable and affordable). I rate the seller "5 Eggs" because it's worth every penny for receiving the device MUCH EARLIER than promised. Package arrived was intact, no issues with set up. Time for my kid during this stay home order is much more tolerable. Appreciate your prompt attention and processing the transaction. Thank you.

1. Shipped the wrong item. Laptop received had an entirely different processor than the description and was a different color. 2. Claimed it was a warehouse error in shipping. Description is clearly shown on their box bar code. 3. When I started the return, I was lucky to get a single response per day. They said they sent return labels several times, but I never got anything. Then they had the nerve to suggest I should send the laptop back and they would reimburse me for shipping. You've already not done anything right, why would I trust that would happen? 4. Will never buy from again, and I strongly suggest you use caution when ordering laptops from this seller.

Product not delivered, seller refuses to correct

Product was lost during shipping, seller decided that rather than resending the product or issuing a refund, that it was my responsibility to open a claim with the shipping company. Sorry, but I placed an order and paid it(fulfilling my obligations of the sale, yet I have no product to show for it. Seller should have resent product and opened a claim for their lost product or issued a refund and opened a claim with FedEx for their lost product. I was forced to open a claim with my credit card company because the seller refused to resolve.

A case was opened with FedEx on buyer's behalf. The tracking shows it was successfully delivered.

I don't want to deal with the hassle and delay of returning this since they seem more or less comparable. However, this has a sticker from 2016 and the box was a bit yellowed. Speaking of yellowed, that is why you order black computers, white generally look old a crusty after 3 or 4 years. I just feel like this was a 'dump old inventory' trick. This is also why I don't like associate sellers.

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SELLER! I will never again. Computer arrived broken I had to pay return shipping even though I returned it well within the return period (only days after receiving it.) Replacement arrived without a power cord so I couldn't tell if it worked. I would have had to pay return shipping a 2nd time to return it. Asked that they send a power cord and give me an extended warranty to offset the out of pocket shipping cost I shouldn't have had to pay. They refused and simply referred me to a link to return it. Poor product , horrible customer service and had to pay shipping I shouldn't have. I rate them ZERO.
