Received the wrong item. Although it was returned and credit was received, they did not have the correct item in stock. This makes me think the item was listed wrong to begin with. They did handle the RMA and the credit in a timely manner and were courteous and sincere with their communications.

VERY Expensive Return Policy - Research Before You Buy! 8/7/2019 3:08:34 PM
The Apple Airpods I had purchased on a flash sale were unclear whether the Airpods themselves were wireless (every model is) or whether it was the case itself that was able to charge wirelessly. I was expecting the latter, but received a wired-case-charging-only model. Further investigation led me to the model number printed deep down the page which allowed me to find much more clear specs on many other online sellers pages - plus two eggs for technically correct advertisement, albeit highly obscured. Upon my attempt to return, I found the EvoMicro fine print to outline a 15% restocking fee. A shocked attempt to reach out to a service rep assured me I had that number wrong - and corrected and increased it to a *20%* restocking fee! Minus one egg for unconventional online business accommodations, minus two more eggs for changing them for the worse when a customer reaches out for clarification. Make sure you've done your deep research ahead of time for anything EvoMicro sells or be ready to pay a hefty fee if you want to return an item when you don't get what you were expecting.

I was concerned trackpad I was receiving for much cheaper would either be an older model, or opened box/refurbished. Surprisingly it came early, and in original sealed Apple box. A++

Just does not work. Installed oned one of them and the system crashed on start up. Removed it and installed another and it slowed the computer so much and crashed after 5 mins of light computer useage. Don’t WASTE YOUR MONey

LONG TIME CUSTOMER. BAD EXPERIENCE 3/14/2019 9:37:52 AM
I had so many issues with this order. i bought hard drives that did not an adequate description so they were not compatible with mac. i had to pay a restocking fee. i didn't realize that i wasn't even ordering from newegg but 3rd party. 3rd party company had terrible customer service and took forever to get return label after i had newegg contact them. newegg search features don't even have a box for pc or mac and amazo n does. i'm a long time customer that will not be ordering for newegg again. I'll be posting this on facebook and the like.

Night Hawk was not working properly 3/13/2019 7:43:13 AM
Open a claim to return item because item did not work as described. Never received mailing instructions, received a email asking if I receive message from seller on the 8th and received a case is closed on the 11th for not responding. I'm not sure if this is the sellers fault or new eggs. I never received an email regarding the shipment till the 8th and did not see it till Monday when the claim was closed. To PayPal to solve.

after two weeks still cannot get replacement because it is an international order. will give one more week then get credit card refund. very bad customer service.

Was sent the same "size" drive as ordered. But, it was a different model of drive (white label). Wasn't a NAS red label as described in the listing and the model number was different. Seller claimed they were the same. The drives did not come in retail packaging.

Seller replaced the drive with the correct model number and gave a partial refund of $10 (lol). Ten dollars for this hassle! He has repeatedly asked for a 5 star review. Lol, not a chance.
