Pros: Price, currently hundreds less here than elsewhere.
Tracks straight, good for novice paddler.
Very buoyant, 200 pound operator weight is small fry for this one.
Cons: Cheap bag, and belt. Wouldn't use the bag for checking it in for a flight. Get a better bag, ie US Army duffel bag from surplus store is better for check in. Supplied bag is good enough to transport on your back.
Pump only inflates, doesn't deflate. Deflating pump makes board easier to roll away.
Bungee for D rings not supplied.
Tracks way to straight, tougher to change directions.
Unknown pvc longevity compared to Tahoe explorer.
Other Thoughts: Got this board a week ago and finally had a chance to take it out. So far, used it at Big Bear Lake/Lagoon (freshwater). Compared to my previous inflatable, Tahoe Explorer (TE), 11ft, this board is a bit more stable. Also this board tracks very straight, much more so than the TE. Also seems to have a bit more load capacity than the TE. At rated pressure, 15psi, there seems to be no danger of board bending. The TE is easier to paddle, this one takes more effort to get going. Note the rudder that came with mine used a plastic pin. Held the rudder in place well and the way it's configured, it's not likely to fall out, unless critters in your lake have opposing thumbs. PVC material doesn't seem to be as thick or as stiff as TE board. A great buy if you can get it for 5xx.
Notes, the gauge only starts working around 9 psi. Before than it doesn't seem to budge. Bag has a hip belt but it's not much better than a cheap backpack hip belt. The pump only inflates and it's ok for being thrown in with this board. About 10 minutes to inflate to 15psi for me.
Not a bad deal if you can get this for 5 or 6 B-Franklins, cons included.
Operator, approx 5ft 6 in height and 200 lbs.

Pros: Works great in lakes and canals, very durable, fishing rod holders, came with an electric air pump, oars and when deflated it fits in the trunk of my civic.
Enough room for me, my fishin buddy and a cooler.
Cons: not a big deal but cup holders would be nice, instead I use the ones on my cooler :)
Other Thoughts: I've had this for about a year or so and i primarily use it in canals and lakes, I've bump into trees, broken glass, spilled gas on it once when it was in my garage, and nothing hurt it. It's very durable and a great bargain at this price. I bought mine else where for more, but just bought another one from Newegg to give as a Christmas gift.
