Pros: Price for the size & definition for a plasma TV is great. I wanted a plasma after reading the many "LED vs LCD vs Plasma" articles widely available on the web, and got this for $1,049 in 2012.
It's now early 2017 and this TV has stood up to heavy usage for the last four-plus years (3-4+ hours/day). The only thing that I notice is that it now takes a little longer to cycle on & off.
Has all the ports I needed in the right places. Never tried to mount it, the stand is nice and I rotate the TV to view occasionally. Sound is good too.
Cons: It's heavy (but what did you expect?)
The glare issue is real, but 1) where this TV is there aren't really opportunities for glare and 2) when i'm watching TV it's often nighttime, and 3)never was so bad even in the worst glare conditions to make me regret this purchase.
Other Thoughts: Now that TVs are 3D, Smart, and UHD, this one is starting to show its age.

Pros: None what so ever I will never purchase again
Cons: TV packaged by someone who puts the TV stand in front of the screen.
Other Thoughts: You open up the package and see it broken and file a claim and they tell you that it is to late.

Pros: 600 hz but limited to 60 hz thanks to hdmi1.4
Cons: Build to spec quality read on
Other Thoughts: One power failure called a technician and fixed it. The panel behind the screen is fragile. The television still works two years later and now dedicated to console games and tv programming.

Pros: It does not work. At all. The screen has been broken in several places. It will not even turn on, as in, no illumination. The screen is black and cracked. Period. Albeit, I get audio but it's white noise. I've tried HDMI, VGA, and it's a dead duck in the water. $700 is a lot to pay for something like this. You want pics and documentation? I've got plenty.
Cons: One assumes when you buy a $700 TV that states "refurbished" that some work has been done to reinstate back to working condition. This was just dropped off the truck and left at my residence in no working order at all. Tear drops.

Cons: Video will cut out randomly requiring powering off then on. LG says its a bad controller or command board.
EggSaver 5-7 business days took 3 extra business days and shaved those off of the 90 day warranty.
Other Thoughts: Thankfully it has LG's 90 day warranty so I didn't have to worry about it being DOA. However I am now going to have to take time off work for two visits from the LG tech to replace the faulty part. Techs only come between 8 and 5 mon-fri.

Pros: The picture on this TV is absolutely amazing. Viewing angle and colors are superb.
Cons: No Smart TV. Glass screen is very reflective.
Other Thoughts: Sadly Plasma is dead. Do you research and you'll find that all new "LED" features are gimmicks that are compensating for an inferior technology. This may be your last chance to own an amazing set. Don't sleep!

Pros: This TV was a great buy for the price paid., crystal clear resolution., user freindly interface.., Added bonus is the rotating pivital base that the TV rest on..
Cons: Few if any cons.., I think if I were to try hard to come up with one it would be the internet search feature is a bit slow even with high speed internet connection, however the features that allow you to stream Pandora or movies or wireless media is seamless...

Pros: Fantastic image quality and contrast ratio. Excellent motion performance. Great smart TV features (I use Netflix, Plex, and Spotify and there are other options available in the Samsung store).
This plasma is the last of it's kind, and is perhaps the best. It is brighter than other plasmas and is able to reach brightness levels akin to led tvs while not losing black details. The result is a picture that pop's out of the screen. After some calibration the color and contrast performance can give the impression that the tv is just a magic window.
Cons: I can't think of any for my set. I only wish it was a bit bigger, but this was one of the last units for this line and I'm lucky to have gotten it at such a low price. The 60 and 64 inch sets are sold out everywhere.
Other Thoughts: This is the best plasma you can get, and it's the last of it's kind. It's a display that has the best balance of image contrast, color reproduction, motion/judder performance, and premium smart tv features. It's the closest you can get to OLED like image quality without having to buy an expensive OLED tv. It's performance reminds me of the things I took for granted with CRT sets. Color and contrast were excellent with old CRT's but the tech was bulky and heavy to be used for HDTV's. The alternative tech all excelled in some ways but never had the perfect balance of size, weight, contrast, colors, and image quality. This TV hits all the right notes. The technology comes together so well that it gets out of the way of the viewer and content allowing you to fully engross yourself in the content on screen.
