Cons: I order a printer with network connectivity "model : C31CA85656" and I received one with serial port "model : C31CE94061" They also mix up the tracking number... waiting for the seller to refund me

Reasonably priced and performing printer for Point of Sale applications
Pros: - Low cost compared to big brother TM-T88V - Decent performance - All basic functions included - Available with a variety of communication interface options
Cons: - Lower speed compared to TM-T88V (you get what you pay for) - Can't change interface cards if desired. Can only replace what it comes with
Other Thoughts: I bought one in February 2017 and put it into full time use in a restaurant in the middle of March. Serial interface card/communication failed around the middle of June. Was able to switch and print using USB interface to confirm serial issue but site's Point of Sale software doesn't work with USB so am having to send it in for warranty repair.
I have worked with Epson thermal and impact printers in bar and restaurant settings quite a bit over the last 7 years and they are generally pretty reliable so this early of a failure is rare. The TM-T20II is a relatively new model and certain things were done to make it more affordable but I believe they are using the same serial interface card (S01) that the TM-T88V models use.

Pros: Can be moved easily through out my bar / restaurant since it is wireless. Beneficial to adjust for order and receipt flow depending on crowd and staff levels. Installed 4 of these - 2 permanent, 2 float. 1 is for orders only, 3 are for receipts only. Mobile units print to these; these printers are far superior to the bluetooth connected Clover Mobile Printers. They have also replaced 2 Impact printers (SP700). Much quiter and no ribbons.
Cons: Installing on network took some technical understanding and may be challenging to some. Must connect directly via wifi from a device (phone works), then update firmware to the Point of Sale SSID, then rebooted. If a error is made, pretty much have to reset the unit and start over. COST - $100 more than competitor site- but NewEgg had in stock :)
Other Thoughts: For Clover Point of Sale Clover documentation says SP700 is the only printer that works - thats wrong. These work great and outperform the SP700 and Mobile bluetooth printer; and these are $50 - $200 cheaper depending on the deal you can find.
