Please note that there may be a 15% restocking fee for returning non-defective systems that have been opened, used, missing components, or in an unsaleable condition due to customer tampering. Original shipping fees paid to the shipping carrier are not refundable on non-defective returns.

Shipping:

If placing an order of $400 or more thru Newegg, a signature will be required to receive the order. Please provide a delivery address where someone will be present M-F during business hours, 9am-6pm, to sign for the package. 3 delivery attempts will be made to the specified address on file to obtain a signature. If a package is unable to be delivered after 3 attempts, the package will be returned to us or held at a UPS pickup location, and the original shipping fees we paid to the carrier cannot be refunded to you.

Please note: For security purposes, once your order has been placed online with the selected delivery address, Newegg will NOT allow the shipment to be re-routed, changed, or picked up from UPS/ Fedex location.

Return Procedure

All returned products will be thoroughly inspected and a determination will be made if eligibility and conforming requirements are met. Please verify the product you are returning meets the below guidelines and qualifies for return to avoid any delay in, or denial of, processing your return. Return processing may take up to 3 business days from the time your product is received.

Inspection Criteria

Products must be in the original manufacturers packaging, and shipped securely.
Products must be complete with any standard certification labels (UL listing, capacity, brand name, UPC code) originally placed and not tampered with.
Product serial number, or any similar identification numbers, must match the serial number on the package or invoice ( We maintain serial number tracking).
Products must be free from damage of any type, including, but not limited to dents, scratches, cracks, abuse, defacement or indication of removed screws/fasteners or seals.
Products so labeled with a security seal, must have the seal intact and not tampered with.
Return Shipping

For your protection, we recommend that you insure your return and use a traceable carrier that can provide you with delivery confirmation. Signature confirmation is typically NOT required on returns. Lava/Frostycomputers shall not be responsible for items returned that are lost or damaged in transit. Postage and handling charges, both to and from our warehouse will be paid by the customer, and are non-refundable. At our discretion, Lava/ Frostycomputers may reimburse shipping charges related to the return or exchange of defective products inside the U.S. only.

There is something severely odd and buggy about it. I had to spend hours playing with the color settings to make it look ALMOST normal.

I was hesitant to purchase a "refurbished" monitor, but the price was too good to not take the chance. The monitor arrived in original packaging with all accessories and manuals. I am not sure what was refurbished, but the monitor is like brand new. No scratches, marks etc. Everything works as it should and most surprising to me is there are no stuck or dead pixels. The 24" monitor this 32" replaced has had a stuck pixel since day 1 so I am very pleased. Thank you Frostycomputers. I would recommend this Newegg Marketplace seller and would purchase from again.

Couldn't even tell it was ever used. Saved me about $500 (35%) for the purchase and I would do it again. Great product, Shipped fast, well packaged.
Above all expectations for a refurbished product, extremely happy.
Even sent a free gift (Steelseries Mouse Pad - Diablo 3) Nice touch to pair with a great product.

5 Stars 1 Purchase doesn't 100% solidify but I would give them another chance to impress without hesitation.

The monitor came promptly and works. There are a handful of dead pixels, and while I expected one or two, what I ended up with were more like 8 or 9. Somewhat disappointing, overall, but I guess that's what you get when you buy refurbished stuff.

Review: The order came in perfectly. No dead pixels, no problem what so ever. The mount does suck cause it doesnt go with the monitor stand that I have... However, thats completely fine. This monitor is working as It should be. No physical issues, no software issues, I can edit everything on my computer just fine!

Cons : The DVI cable it came with doesnt work. It was also duct tapped or im pretty sure its electrical tape. I bought it refurbished so maybe thats why. However, its a little embarrassing to order something and get the cable that you need in order for the monitor to do what its capable off to be broken.

Took like a whole week to "Verify" my purchase, yet the money was withdrawn from my account the first day I ordered it. Then it took 2 weeks for me to get the product from the day I ordered it. Said 6-7 business days yet it took a week to verify my purchase and then another week to get my product.

Was looking for a fast replacement of a laptop that died -delivered next day (thanks FedEx...) only problem was that the lappy was delivered not requiring a signature - probably a mistake for a 1100 dollar computer!

First off, I accidentally purchased 2 refurbished video cards instead of 1. My fault. Card initially worked fine under both Mint 17.2 and Win7. Started to experience system freezes and pixelation in both windows and Linux...Was going to return other card (box unopened) but it a bit of anxiety opened it and installed other card. All seemed fine! Swapped them around again. All seemed fine. Decided that since I couldn't return 2nd card for full refund to run them in SLI. This worked fine for like 2 days. Then win7 shut down 1 card and gave code 43 error. Back in Linux only 1 card worked. Isolated dead card pulled it. All seems fine. After another few days, system freezes, pixelation under Linux. Under Windows, the final card code 43. Since this was over the Holidays with all the resulting busyness the window to return them is closed. Never again....never again.......

Absolutely Horrible. I ordered this thinking that the product would actually work accordingly, however this was not the case what so ever; The first time that I ordered the item It came on time but it was defective and had no sign of operation at all, this led to me sending the item back for a replacement. The replacement comes in on good timing yet again props for that, but guess what, it is defective yet again. The one thing that I learned from this experience is to NEVER buy refurbished computer parts ever from anywhere because all it leads to is a big giant disappointment.

most of my parts came in on time, however, one of the products did not match the description, and another part came in defective. That would be the second time i had received defective products from newegg or newegg sellers. would not recommend buying here.

Paid for 2nd day air. Item showed up 3 days late. No refund as of yet.

MSI gaming laptop does NOT have correct size SSD in it. Has a smaller one than advertised.

To top it all off the thing doesn't even work properly. .

Too many issues with machine to list.

Asked for a refund so far nothing!!!

So as of now I am stuck with a big dollar boat anchor!!!

New Egg says don't worry....

But I am worried!!!!

This experience has been a nightmare and ruined my wife's Christmas gift!!!!

If issue is resolved I will update review.

It was bought as part of a gift. It works great as part of the rig. I’ve only installed software with it. Not really a good test of its abilities. I’ll follow up.
