No Customer Service BUYER BEWARE 8/5/2013 2:47:44 PM
If I could stop anybody from buying anything from this seller I would. I called several times about what I thought would be a simple return. I never got to talk anybody except the receptionist. I was told sorry can't help you. My part for a bunk bed was cracked when trying to put it together by hand. "This was my fault" I was told. If I wanted to return it for refund (which I wanted) I would need to pay the shipping. Normally I would be okay with that, except that the shipping would be over $350. I wasn't going to pay for that since it was defective.

I was told afterwards in my conversations back and forth with them that I was then out of there time window and there is nothing they can do.

I then contacted newegg about this to see if they could help. After more than a few weeks I have gotten 1 email stating that they would look into it but never a response. I am severely disappointed with newegg and the reseller. Do not buy from furnituremaxx if you want any customer service.

Air Lift Swivel Stools 7/8/2013 2:45:05 PM
Bought two air lift stools from the company. One worked fine, the other would not elevate. Requested a RMA from the seller and the seller has yet to respond. Waited two weeks and missed their returns policy.

In hindsight, I should have filed a claim via Newegg's "Marketplace Seller Guarantee", but I missed that window.

Ordered a table from "FurnitureMaxx" (otherwise known as RoundHill Furniture based in Ohio). The company claimed the item shipped, charged my credit card, and unbelievablly falsified a FedEx tracking number. When I contacted RoundHill they adimited to never having shipped the item claiming it was still on backorder (hence also admitting to falsifying the tracking number). I have demanded an immediate refund of the purchase.

The furniture arrived within about two weeks. The one downside is one of the chairs arrived broken, but it was a fairly minor break and easily fixed with a little wood glue, so we didn't bother returning it.

Worst service I have had for an online order. The room divider screen was poorly packaged and broken on arrival. No packing information included in the box. Tried several times to get return instructions and customer service continued to try and get me to keep it by saying they would send another panel for the broken one which meant I would need to reassemble everything. I simply wanted to return the item. Very much hastle. Finally over a week later I was able to get the information to return the item. Very frustrating experience. Person at customer service spoke and wrote poorly in bad English.
