Ordered three packages of Hanes boxer shorts. Wrong size was delivered. Luckily I kept the packaging material and packages intact, since they followed up with requesting pictures. Then they told me to try them on because they run small. Then they said they would send me the size I ordered along with return packaging (no, seriously, they want me to return underwear I tried on). And no, they no longer have that size in stock so it's on me to return the item to them before they will credit my account. Why should I be charged/inconvenienced for their mistake? Poor quality control and customer service.

Was trying to update my address with the seller by emailing them to include my apartment number. Regardless of my apartment number the package got shipped off to kansas yet i live in california. Was informed that they wouldnt be able to helo me since the transaction wasnt in their system yet. It was on a friday afternoon. Was told to contact them back again monday since they will be closed over the weekend. On monday morning i got an email saying it had been shipped. Trying to get this will resolved.

Conductive Touch Screen Glove Unisex - 2 Pack 4/15/2015 9:30:00 AM
I placed my order for some gloves but they sent the wrong items and what they did send to me, had some defects in them. I originally gave them a one egg rating. I wrote a review stating the various issues and much to my surprise, they contacted me directly/promptly and said that they would refund my purchase price if that was okay with me. I agreed and they immediately processed the refund.

I received two entirely different gloves. The one pair was sized for a CHILD and had 2 finger tips that had the special white coating on them. Totally useless since it was made for a child. The other pair did not last even ONE day. I kid you not. The stitching unraveled in FOUR separate spots ( 2 spots on each glove). This pair had the white coating on 3 of the finger tips. These gloves were advertised as "unisex sizing."

Poor packaging choice 2/23/2015 2:06:34 PM
Item was shipped in a thin padded envelope in US mail. As a result (possibly, unless seller delivers trash), the item was delivered with a faulty power supply. GearXS replied a week later that I should ship the entire unit back to have it replaced or credited. I was just looking to have the power supply replaced, which is a one dollar item in this case. Now I am inconvenienced for several weeks while waiting for a response from the company. I have since purchased my own replacement, and am disappointed in this experience.

GearXS is so bad, I wish I could give negative stars. One star is way too high for them. Their product was inferior, and damaged. They tried to ignore my RMA. Repeated emails were eventually replied to with wanting proof. When proof was repeatedly furnished, they stopped replying. Luckily for me, Newegg stepped in and took care of me. Do yourself a favor, avoid GearXS.

Good price, poor shipping. 1/8/2015 5:07:12 AM
Took nearly three weeks from the time my credit card was charged before I got my purchase. It took them a week just to print the shipping label, and then another week to ship it out. The only reason I'm giving this seller 2 eggs is because I got a good price, but I'll never buy from them again. Newegg, I suggest you drop these guys.

These people are the absolute worst! They take forever to deliver and send phony tracking numbers to stall for time. My last order with them took almost three weeks, required numerous emails to Newegg and finally a non-delivery complaint to PayPal to get them to ship. No transaction should be that difficult. If you see "GearXS" on any item you're looking to purchase, run, don't walk to another supplier.

I placed this order on 12/18/2014 and received it on 01/05/2015. After I opened the package, both packages of the boxer briefs had a round, red & white sticker that reads, "slightly imperfect"; however, nowhere in the promotional ad posted on newegg's website did this seller mention this. I'm very disappointed with this seller and will not buy from them again.

22 days to deliver, and it was the wrong size that was purchased. Newegg needs to drop this 3rd party Seller.

The pillow that I ordered wasn't shipped until a week after they claimed it was shipped. The pillow is totally useless. I'll never buy anything from this seller again.

Ordered on December 15th. Delivery/shipping was for 5-7 days. It is Christmas day now and still nothing. So much for that gift ! Was listed as "shipped" soon after purchase.. tracking number STILL does not work and nobody seems to know anything about this purchase.

I hope others read this and avoid the mistake I made and order from them. Please save yourself time and problems, order from someone else. In short - slow delivery, bad product, damaged product, requested rma, they do not reply. I'm giving one more chance before I am forced to deal with legal entities.

Avoid GearXS at all cost 12/23/2014 9:50:13 AM
I wasn't bad enough that my order was never shipped or that it took them 2 days to respond that they were reshipping the product or that the reshipped order had the wring items. The icing on the cake is that 3 days after letting them know that I received the wrong items I still haven't received a reply. Just what you're looking for in a vendor when Christmas shopping.

One star is generous--I would have given them ZERO stars if that were possible.

My order changed to shipped status very soon after my order. Now, almost two weeks later, FedEx still shows that they haven't received it in order to ship it to me. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my wife, but I doubt that I will ever see it. I will definitely never order anything from this seller again and would suggest the same to others. I only wish I had read the reviews before my purchase.

Poor shipping speed 12/10/2014 6:40:31 AM
Billed and charged on 12.02.14 and informed that item has shipped. On 12.10.14 item has still not left the shipper. Purchased item as a holiday gift and I'm now wondering if it will even show. SUGGESTION: don't tell the buyer that the item has shipped if it has not physically left the facility.
