Good Product but APP needs improvements 2/16/2017 6:51:59 AM
I just received my MGcool Band 2 (on Feb 14, 2017), and would like to tell you that the Band it is very good. You do not feel it on your arm. Unfortunately, the APP is mediocre.

If you change the units (from metric to US), the Band does not change. So, I found myself converting from metric to US while walking.

Furthermore, the instructions are horrible. You need to learn by practicing.

In closing, the Band is OK and feels good, but the APP is mediocre. Now you cannot expect much more from a devise that cost less than $30.00

Newegg Failed Me and My Students 2/6/2017 9:35:24 PM
The product was not delieverd as advertised. Product was delivered without the keyboard. Newegg contacted the seller many times and the seller did not respond. Newegg has been very slow in corresponding with me about about this problem. To date, Newegg has not offered an acceptable solution other than a refund.

A refund is not going to solve the problem. I purchased the tablet and keyboard to explore Chinese clones with my students. All of the reviews I read on this product were quite good. All of my prior experiences with Newegg have been excellent. I hope to understand what went wrong with this purchase.

Bought this as a Christmas Gift for the Wife 1/10/2017 10:51:34 PM
I bought this for the Wife as she needed a tablet and had been looking at this one. Ordered it on the 16th of December finally arrived a month later. Had to phone Newegg to find out what the problem was. They got ahold of the seller for me to help resolve the issue. The problem isn't with Newegg. I have been using Newegg for many many years. They are the best. (She didn't know about it till she read the problems and overheard me talking to Newegg) I had to order something else instead. It to was from over seas and came in about 5 days. She loves that item.

Also it was suppose to be New, Unopened box. Box seals were cut when i opened the package and not all the nomenclature needed is in the box. I don't speak or read chinese either that was what was in the box and nothing on the care or charging of the device or a charger. It didn't tell me there was no charger with the device. So Now how do i charge it. I could have bought local for about the same price another brand, though she wanted a Android OS not Windows 10 which is whats locally purchased. This one has both.

Note: Not all tablets will Charge by plugging into a Desktop, and you don't just use any charger. Turns out this one is from China. So don't know what is needed in that area. The Box had to have been opened there as well, as the shipping foam around the box shows it had not been cut or disturbed. It was taped 4 different ways completely around the package.( I have a Acer Tablet you can't charge but only with a Charger. ) Though it could have been repackaged i guess.

I tracked this daily in the shipping. The package set in one place in China for well over 2 over weeks in one department. This was suppose to be fast shipped to me. I think they ship by Lama, I don't recommend using their sellers page due to this. And the extremely poor service from the place of purchase they got it from. Not one word from them. None of this has been resolved.

Though Newegg is trying so it's not their fault. I give Newegg 5 Gold eggs for their service in trying to clear this up. Won't be buying from the Sellers system again. I give the business it was bought from a Egg because you have to give something, or they wouldn't have got that one egg.

DO NOT BUY FROM GEEKbuying....
It's been 2 weeks and they are still "packaging" and from what I can tell it will take at least another two weeks till the order arrives.

NewEgg takes no responsibility for marketplace sellers which makes me rethink shopping with NewEgg ever again. After 4 business days of "processing" I contacted NewEgg to cancel the order, they couldn't do anything about it. I was furious.
I didn't buy my product from "Geekwhatever" ... I bought my product from NEWEGG ... that is the name on the damm website... that is the company that took my money so yes, you absolutely have a responsibility to provide customer service... not send an email on my behalf to the seller. This isn't E--BAY!

If I had known it was going to take well over a month to get my product, I would have bought from somewhere else. I will it admit it was my fault for not reading the reviews on this seller before purchasing.

I waited to post this review until after contacting them to give them a chance to explain. I've been waiting for my order to ship for over a month now.. it just continues to say "preparing for shipment" and when I asked them when I would receive it they just said "soon". I've already paid for this and was very excited to receive it but I really don't think it's gonna happen. Terrible service. I just want my product or my money back already!

Ordered tablet for a X-Mas present on 11/28/2016 for my . I read the reviews on the seller and was prepared for shipping to take a while. A invalid tracking number was posted to my order so I had no tracking number. Contacted Newegg and they sent a e-mail to seller and told me to wait 3 days for them to reply. Contacted them again and escalated the issue and was told I had to wait 7 days for a resolution. Still no resolution. No tablet no communication no present on Christmas Morning. Very bad experience.

As the title states. My order has been stuck in a Chinese mail process facility. I ordered this on Cyber Monday and now it is almost Christmas. Another order from China took two week, but it finally came. What's so hard about shipping cables?

I ordered my item on 12/01/2016 with the expectation I would receive it within 15-days. This is a Christmas gift and, 23 days later, I still have not received it. So now I'm forced to buy another item - at the last minute - to replace what hasn't arrived. I've worked directly with the company to figure out why the shipment tracking is hanging at "Origin Post is Preparing Shipment" since 12/05/2016 and they're clueless what the problem is. I have not heard back from them in many days. I wish I had read the reviews before I placed my order because I would have never dealt with this company. I will never order from this company again!

These folks did a good job with packaging and shipping. I had a lot of problems tracking the shipping thru Newegg.com. So, a few emails later, the seller gave me a different link to track the shipment. Smooth sailing from there on. I purchased this item on the 4th of December, and it arrived on the 21st of December. Keep in mind, the package spent 3 or 4 days at customs in Los Angeles. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them in the future.

More than a week has passed and shipping status remains as "packaging" Long time loyal customer of Newegg who will now start looking at Tiger Direct for deals! If a rating of negative ten was available that is what I would give. Newegg, do yourself a favor and drop this supplier! Tracking number given is invalid.

I placed this order on 03-October and received it on 27 October. It took almost 4 weeks to receive the order. After I did receive the order I found that the quality was really good, but due to the delay I had to purchase replacements items from a local outlet at a higher price (because I needed the items 2 weeks after I placed the order). Therefore if you need your order quickly do not order from this shipper.

It has been one month and this item has not arrived. I have received items purchased off of the common auction site two weeks latter, from China, one week ago. This seller should be removed from the marketplace.
