Hasn't shipped, no response from seller. 3/17/2020 2:21:17 PM
Seller stated that the item was tagged for delivery on 3/8 - as of 3/17 it still has not been shipped. Seller is unresponsive to email. It would sure be nice if the seller could let me know a real status instead of the fabricated info on the tracking page. I can't cancel the order through NewEgg, and I obviously cannot return an item that hasn't been shipped to me yet. Ordering from this seller was a mistake.

I ordered a fan a month ago, still no sign it will ever arrive. I ordered from a different website and had it in under 24 hours. However, there’s no return policy so if this fan shows up I’m stuck holding it as a spare.

Product was purchased at the end of January, the label was created for the shipment about a week later then it wasn’t picked by USPS for another week and a half. I paid for 5-10 business day shipping( International shipping) and it’s been nearly a month now and it still has yet to arrive.

I ordered my product January 24 2020, today marks the 15th business day since I've made my order. The order was scheduled to ship within 8-15 business days. It still hasn't shipped. If it doesn't ship and they don't reply to my shipping inquiries in 1-2 business days I will get a refund. Totally unacceptable.

item didn't arrive on time. it was lost in shipment so they sent it to me again, after 3 or so weeks later. i got the item. packaged pretty well but just the mouse. nothing came with it.
after 1 week of having the mouse, its already have issues with the lesser pointer just losing its touch. i tested this with my previous mouse to see if it was my USB port, other mouse has no issues. this is the reason why i don't buy refurbished, i wanted to get lucky and get one that won't have any issues until much later....RIP

Fake product. Images and product description have been copied by the seller from the actual product listed on New Egg (Item#: N82E16812162060) vs this product (Item#: 9SIAD4F8NY1819) do not buy from Goodchoice cause it is really a Bad Choice!

I was excited when I saw my package in the mail today but they sent me the wrong item. The whole reason why I bought that fan is because of the RGB lighting. They send me one that has nothing to do with what I ordered. This is upsetting. When you try to call the number they give you on the Newegg online account it goes to a non working number. I’ve already reached out to Newegg and I am waiting for a response.
