To request a return or exchange, please contact HPP Enterprises for a Return Authorization. If we shipped an incorrect or defective item to you, we will exchange it or allow you to return for a full refund. We request the following information:

If your return is not based on a defective or incorrect item, we can still accept your return with a return authorization. The Buyer will be responsible for return shipping and will receive a refund, less shipping charges and up to a 50% restocking fee. (Note: our restocking fee is typically 15% on opened items; however, the Marketplace Agreement allows up to a 50% restocking fee on some items. Examples include: obvious used products, camping gear, toys, stilts, damaged computers, tablets, motherboard or processors with bent pins, or other items with obvious wear and tear that are not in resellable condition). All original materials, packaging, boxes, manuals must be included.

Refunds are issued when product has been received, verified, and tested. With the exception of incorrect shipments, damaged items, or defective items, original shipping and return shipping charges are not refundable.

Please note that due to copyright restrictions, we CANNOT accept returns of opened computer software or video games. All intimate apparel (under garments, lingerie, etc) is non-returnable for any reason. In addition, we do not accept opened motherboards that have "bent pins". ALL motherboards are factory sealed, brand new, and will ever, ever ship with bent pins. Any motherboard returned with "bent pins" or damage will be refused and resent to customer with no refund.

Return shipping charges and original shipping charges are the responsibility of the Buyer except in cases where we have sent an incorrect item or your item is defective. I bought the PapaGo dual camera dash cam. They were swift and timely in delivery and the packaging was sufficient to protect my purchase.

Item quality pros and cons:

Pros: Easy setup. Both cameras record great quality video and audio. The construction of the cameras isn't flimsy or delicate like the cheaper cameras out there. You definitely get what you pay for. The cameras record on separate files so you can access the one you need for your situation. Possesses a multitude of features that can be used (or not. I turned most off.) You have the option to mount the front camera with suction, or a sticky pad. I haven't assessed its heat tolerance yet (summer is around the corner.) Included memory card is adequate for quite a few hours of recording to satisfy most peoples needs and accepts much larger cards which I personally will need.

Cons: This is really the only camera I could find that wasn't a direct from China piece. It includes a cable to hook up the second camera to the rear of the vehicle which is REALLY long (as intended to mount the camera to the rear. Unfortunately for my purposes (Uber driver) I needed to hook the second camera up to view the interior of the vehicle just a few inches away from the front camera. The cable is something like 12 feet long and I needed 5 inches. I had to cut and hand splice the cable so it wasn't dangling off my mirror. That said, it works just fine that way since I'm experienced with splicing wire, but it's undesirable. I couldn't find any short wires online that would function. It would be nice to have a second 12 inch cable to be able to hook up the second camera front OR rear. I would even pay the extra $5-10 for that option.

Summary: I Highly recommend the camera and the seller. I understand my needs for the camera are different from most, however I am certain there are many others who need to set up the same way I did for internal recording. Functionally I have no complaints. Just wish I had a short wire option.

The seller has not sent a return authorization after two requests. It's been two weeks after my first request. I will update this comment as I have 8 days left for the return period. Hopefully I hear something very soon.
I'm upset because without RAM I don't know if many other components in the system I'm building are working properly, and the return period runs out for all components at roughly the same time.

it even had the same switches (razer orange) as advertised. Sometimes sellers can get that kind of thing wrong esp when selling something for such a low price.

Tried to order 2 480GB SSDs. Order shipped out, but with a bogus tracking number. The next day an RMA was processed for that order (not by me, however). Thankfully everything washed out, but these people are hardcore scam artists. If you don't have the product don't sell on Newegg, period.

So they advertised a 22" TV with pictures and complete description of TV including resolution, inputs, and such. What I received was a set of headphones and iPad arm strap. What the hell! Eventually they said they will refund after the supplier notifies them that they received it. And they will give me the email number after the supplier gives it to them. And all this has to take place in less than 30 days from purchase but I'm still waiting for rma#. Never order from this company.

Ordered the memory. Would not work as was supposed to. Contacted seller immediately. Still do not have issue resolved.

Very disappointed and dissatisfied. Used Newegg numerous times and until now never had a problem that was not resolved immediately.

I bought a high end Lian Li PC-09 case and it was missing the screws for the tempered glass. I emailed HPP Friday night had response on Saturday and they contact the third party supplier and on Monday the missing screws were being shipped from the manufacturer in Taiwan. Extremely pleased with the way things were handled.

I purchased from Newegg and the order was to be sold and delivered by HPP. I ordered the Silver case and spent 2 weeks researching 100's of cases and finally narrowed it down to this case. When I get the case it is Black and Red. Apparently Silver wasn't an option but newegg said they had it and it was in stock. I even paid $50.00 premium for the Silver over Black and Red.

No real result other then I was force fed this case which is still very nice just not Silver the chosen case. AND Newegg said no price difference refund because it was HPP inventory and out of their control. Honestly it was Newegg that started the problem in the first place. I could of easily purchased black and red at least 50 dollars or more cheaper right from Newegg. I was painted in a corner on this one because we were going to have a get together and build a couple of computers over the weekend. I needed that case and couldn't wait for all the issues and return process when it was started by Newegg by listing Silver as in stock and available. This is probably not HPP's problem but they could figure out with Newegg how to get my 50 dollars back since it was not my issue. I was just being a loyal customer like I have for years.
