When dealing with Newegg, everything was clear and understandable. I had to return the memory because it did not work. Newegg provided an RMA number and an address to send the memory to. They also stated there was not restocking fee. Then the seller got involved and changed the instructions from what Newegg had already provided. They changed the address. They did not provide an RMA number or tell me if I needed to display the RMA number that had been provided. And then they did not issue me a refund even after receiving the memory (I know when they received it from the tracking number). I called Newegg and they had to give orders to issue me a refund. Then they charged a restocking fee. The memory did not work in my system. I have no way to know if the memory was bad or not. But the system works with other memory. Either way working with the seller directly was unpleasant and costly. I think I will stick to brick and mortar stores or other online retailers. I have not had these kind of issues with either of these types of providers. I would not purchase from this seller again.

I mistakenly ordered a 280mm radiator after misreading case specifications for my system on Saturday 6/15/2019, I caught the mistake and thought emailing the seller would be a simple fix. I got back some nonsense from "Kate" :

I asked why they couldn't simply cancel the order when it's not going to process or ship for another 2 days, "Kate" replied:

This is absolute nonsense, they then went on to charge my card for the order and the tracking number they provided was worthless, they basically took $180 and pocketed it and looking at all the LEGITIMATE customer reviews (I can tell which ones those are because they're not 5-stars for basic functionality of the products they're supposedly selling) this company has a track record of shady and dare I say illegal business practices. The fact that NewEgg continues to allow them to sell on their marketplace despite the volume of claims of mishandling returns, refunds, replacements, and out-right horrendous customer service speaks volumes to NewEgg's own practices. Every single review calling out ITDIGI for their awful scams has the same generic response claiming they'll fix it, apparently not because it seems like the only time their customer service cares is to cover their own necks for stealing peoples money and sending them broken or misrepresented products.

Zero eggs. Zero stars. 0/100 on quite literally every aspect of my experience with this company. I'm planning to file a claim with NewEgg if (when) the seller inevitable fails to respond to my inquiry about tracking information or refund status.

Originally bought a Wifi extender ($100+) from this seller and was so excited when I received it. When I opened it up - they put a cheap off brand router with no cords in a Wi-Fi Extender box... Marked NEW SEALED. How do you mess this up? Clearly had no idea what they're doing unless theyre trying to scam. Its legit two seperate brands, model numbers, serial numbers, and even SIZE. Now I have to ship it out (been a week) and wait for them to send me what I paid for, but that won't happen because now they want to refund when I said I wanted a replacement. Been over a week already and now I have to wait longer because they are not even trying at this point. Does this seller even double check anything? You mess up the original shipping and now confused on the replacement/return process. Please Newegg stop wasting your valued customers time and money and just remove this seller from your site. If you truly cared about 100% customer satisfaction like your seller description states, you would have immediately sent out a REPLACEMENT while the useless router with no cords is being sent back.

Have been calling multiple times a week for two weeks now to figure the situation out, just want the correct item with a discount since the company made a mistake and that hasn’t happened. It’s been three weeks and still don’t have my refund, just getting the return label to send the item back was a hassle. Have spent around 4 hours of my time wasted on the phone with customer support fixing the problem and that is absolutely ridiculous. Worst experience purchasing an item online will never order an item that is sold or distributed by ITDIGI again.

Video card listing said sold and shipped by itdigi. That is not where the card came from. Supposed to be new, I got a refurb. Did not even work. Contacted phone number that came in box. They had no record of sale. Don't think it was itdigi. Not sure if seller problem or new egg problem. Contacted new egg for RMA. Return address was not itdigi or where it came from, It was a third name. Have not heard anything yet. Have a bad feeling ill never see my refund.

I would enthusiastically recommend this seller to other buyers. The item was shipped swiftly.
I had been communicating with the seller and they were very responsive and so pleasant.
I can't speak more highly about their customer service. Ultimately, I needed to return the item since it was not compatible with my PC but they refunded my money very promptly and cheerfully. They are very reputable sellers.

Placed my order on March 30th as my store was having it's grand opening 2 weeks after that and I wanted to have plenty of time to get my computers tuned up. Nearly a week an a half later I still hadn't received the package so I emailed the seller. They sent me tracking information for a package that was delivered to a location in Colorado (I'm in South Texas). After sending them a copy of my invoice clearly showing I'm nowhere near Co they asked me if I wanted them to reissue the shipment. Seeing as how they charged my credit card nearly 2 weeks ago I said yes. I told them our grand opening was a few days away and we need to get the parts expedited as they've put us in a bind. They just said they'd send it out as soon as possible. It's now been another 6 days and we haven't received our parts and I've had to reach out to them again asking for a tracking number. By far, this is currently affecting my decision to shop here again.

Memory modules were shipped promptly, but in a small plastic envelope rather than a sturdy box. I was concerned about possible damage during shipping; however, I installed the memory into my Thinkpad this evening, and it's working great.

I've been trying to return my purchase of a dysfunctional RX 580 for a refund for a solid week now, and ITDIGI keeps emailing me telling me to try again to make it work. After I already explained over 5 emails so far that I spend OVER 10+ HOURS installing new drivers, pulling the card and replacing it, wiping my system for a fresh install, and more, I sent the card back to the address that Newegg gave me. The card says it was delivered to their company from the package tracking info, and they STILL tell me that they want me to tell them when I ship it. I'm at wit's end here - I just want my money back.

TL;DR - Avoid this company at all costs. Sends dysfunctional products and has terrible customer service, if you can even call it that.

I would not recommend buying from them. The two video cards I bought did NOT work with drivers any older than February 2017 (as of March 2019), and when contacted, the seller claimed they were old cards and no longer supported. Since the model is still supposed to be supported by Nvidia, the reasonable conclusion is that these are an older model reprogrammed to claim they are something other than what they are. Furthermore, the seller offered an appallingly low refund amount of about 10% of the purchase price. I had to resort to filing a claim with Newegg.

seems to be a response on here a lot. Doubt that many items are being lost, you guys just aren't shipping them to begin with.

Definitely the worst seller I've had to deal with on Newegg 11/5/2018 5:02:39 PM
After a month of trying to email them about what was going on with little or no replies at all, my keyboard was still being packaged. I eventually get a refund which still took some time and took my business elsewhere. This company is a joke and i strongly recommend avoiding it at all costs. It also appears this problem is quite frequent as many other customers are experiencing the same thing. If a website even mentions ITDIGI i may block that site.
