itdigi sent the wrong item. so I followed the steps on the web page to return the item. I had to pay for the shipping 7.70. Something fell through he cracks on their return procedure. I was never reimburse the money even though Newegg had requested them to. she pointed out it was their error in the first place..
When I went on line to the chat system I was told there wasn't a return claim. I have all the information and presented it to the online tech. She told me she would generate the return for me with my RMA tracking#. 5 days went by, and I didn't hear anything from itdigi. I called Newegg support, and explained my circumstance. I was updated with an email to itdigi to verify the return status. I finally received the correct item on the 12/3. the item was ordered 11/13. I feel they could have been more customer service savvy. communication is a very important part of business today. :-(

Ordered a mousepad. Package got lost in transit from the start. Didn’t show up for nearly a week then didn’t even come to my address and ended up a couple of states away. Only good part is that I actually got refunded for my missing items.

If you want your stuff on time, buy from a different seller.

It work great with my desktop but have some work with the laptop. The Laptop use's a usb to Ethernet adapter and I could not get it to work on the internet...... Was a great price and seller was good. Would buy from again......

The shipping time was great! However, the charger that I purchased for my ASUS F553M laptop continually falls out of my computer. If I wasn't desperate for it, I would have returned it. Quite dissappointed with my purchase as I have never had this problem with any other charger.

I ordered Micro ATX Power Supply. They sent standard ATX that wouldn't fit case, and didn't even resemble what was advertised. No response to e-mail outlining computer build being on hold and plea for expedited resolution. Paid my own return shipping. Company drug feet to last possible date for refund. Communications received were in broken English and appeared pre-formatted. Multiple poor reviews on ITDIGI, which I unfortunately did not discover until after placing order. Highly recommend you NOT TO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Newegg should be embarrassed by allowing this company to do business on their web site.

SCAM - DO NOT BUY FROM 10/16/2019 4:08:31 AM
Purchased a new, retail Corsair K63 from them. They drop shipped a refurb K63 from AMZN that sold for less than half the price of new keyboard I thought I was getting. When contacted, they provided a return label, which was addressed to AMZN’s return facility yet they are still withholding a restocking fee from a refund that I haven’t received yet.

Dear Newegg - this is unacceptable on your platform. Please ban this seller.

Sold refurbished mouse (drop shipped from Corsair’s refurbish department) as a New item here on Newegg.

Return process was convoluted, so i just kept it and ate the cost difference.

I don't know if they didn't send it or didn't activate the tracking number. I messaged them and got broken english. A few days later i asked to cancel the order. 1 hr later and it says it shipped. *some how got here the next day on time*

But mostly i bought a new product and i got a used one.

They never shipped the item and I had to contact them to get the refund process started. I'm guessing that the item was out of stock and they were hoping to delay until it was available. In any case, I would avoid this seller for any item you need in a hurry.

On the plus side, once I contacted them, they responded right away and there was no problem getting a refund.

Most Disappointing Transaction with a Seller, ( ITDIGI ) on newegg to date 9/19/2019 2:02:42 AM
I purchased an Ombar 4000DPI Wired Gaming Mouse Adjustable Optical Mice 6 Buttons for PC Laptop which was Sold and Shipped by ITDIGI on 09.08.2019

Ten days later I wrote the seller to inquire when I might receive the product, and informed them that the UPS Tracking number provided to me; was reporting as invalid. I needed this item which matches the keyboard on a system I built for my wife's birthday. Kate replied stating the following:

"Dear friends
Very sorry to trouble you! We checked with the courier company! They lost the parcel and we had to give you a full refund! Really sorry! I hope you can understand! Thank you Kate"

However, if you go to this item for sale by ITDIGI; it states:

"In stock. Ships from United States. Most customers receive within 4-8 days. Sold and Shipped by ITDIGI".

I do not understand why they, "Had to Issue a Refund" for the item; if they have it In stock, and knew they lost the item, ( it still shows the status they are "packaging" the item on my orders page ), why wouldn't they actually just send me the item that is "In stock" as agreed, that I paid for and could actually receive? Or at least ask me if I still wanted the item or if I rather receive a refund in stead of just forcing a refund without even consulting me? I still haven't been credited the refund now 11 days after the fact; the only thing I have to show for my trouble is the three sentence email reply above from Kate.

I still need the product; so now do I have to give this whole thing another try; how long should I keep waiting for the refund? I feel like a mushroom just left out in the dark .. why so complicated to try and do business with you?

Product sold as new, received a refurbished product 9/3/2019 9:24:15 AM
Purchased a powerline kit. The item description says that the product is new. The product I received was not in the original box/packaging and had a large sticker on the front saying that it was refurbished and that the warranty was only good for 90 days.

While the product did in fact work, there are smudges all over the access point that will not come off.

This experience has made me question Newegg’s ability to moderate its own marketplace. I will continue to purchase from Newegg, but will likely not use one of their third party marketplace sellers again.

no, had problems getting product to work and they told me that since I purchased the memory from Newegg that they would not help me and that I would have to talk to Newegg. After several attempts to do that I gave up on that and contacted I contacted Dell manufacturer of the computer I bought the memory for. long story short I should have bought the product from Dell, paid less and received good support on my first call!
