the iphone case we purchased did not fit the iphone unable to use sound control, silence/on, volume up and down had to wrestle case to close we tossed it and bought another we will not be purchasing through newegg again even though website is good and delivery was very timely

The item I received did not match the description and was missing an advertised component. The seller did not respond to my request for a refund. I had to file a claim through NewEgg's Marketplace Guarantee program. Save yourself some trouble and buy from someone more competent.

The product does not work at all, and the description is misleading. Trying to return the item is a hassle, because they don't respond. They deserve 0 eggs if I can rate them as such.

The service was ok

The service received from the seller was ok, I encountered what I would call a severe shipping problem. According to the USPS, it look 7 days from label printing to actual receipt of the shipment. That's a long time to sit. I'm not sure what happened, but when I contacted the seller, the response was, oh, well, it was delivered so what. It's not a great response.

I've contacted this company 4 times now. They still haven't sent me a new working antenna or refund. The customer service is horrible and so my recommendation to all is STEER CLEAR AWAY FROM THEM. DO not buy anything from them. The stuff they sell is garbage. Buyer beware!

Shipped wrong 120V AC cord

The monitor is terrific; I'm really enjoying it. But the item was shipped with a standard PC power cord. What was needed was a power cord to connect the power supply to AC. I contacted newegg about this, and they contacted the seller, but the correct power cord was never sent. (I had a spare of this type but would like to have had the correct cord from the seller.)

Very Nice Monitor Thus Far

Its a Dell Touchscreen 23" monitor which I really like. The "stand" is very stable and very easily adjusted, which I use many times throughout the day depending on what I am doing at any particular time, which was one of my reasons for ordering this item. The one negative thing that I will say is that for this Refurbished Monitor, considering the price and the obvious recent manufacturing date, it should have shipped with everything that it shipped with originally such as Manual, Quick Start Guide, Software CD/DVD including Dell Display Manager Application, an actual USB 3.0 cable which is required for Touch Functionality, as well as an HDMI Cable, the Cleaning Cloth and the anti-static strap that ships with this monitor also. The real standout regarding the poor packaging that is used was the fact that the Power Pack that comes with the monitor was in the box LOOSE and directly under the screen allowing it to bounce and rebound off of the Screen with every movement the package went through. I have not yet inspected the Screen for scuffs or scratches as a result of this terrible packaging, but I will be doing this very soon and if there are ANY MARKS AT ALL I WILL BE RETURNING THIS ITEM FOR EXCHANGE OR REFUND. This was not your average Refurb Monitor, at just under $300 this should have been packaged with care and it should have come with the same items it shipped with originally, as such I am disappointed with this purchase and am not looking forward to inspecting the screen for defects in the next few days over the upcoming weekend. I would have much rather spent my weekend getting accustomed to this Monitor and then upgrading to Windows 10 which was my original intentions for my time off, not looking for damage because these guys wouldn't spring for some Foam Padding to protect the heart of a Touchscreen Monitor.... the Screen!

Terrible Experience

I bought a notebook from these guys on 09/24/2015 and today, 22 days after, I still trying to get either computer or my money back. It’s not simple! For example, 11 days ago I was promised that the seller will file a complaint with Fedex—because supposedly the notebook was stolen during transportation—but he obviously either forget or simply not willing to do this. The bottom line: I never had such a terrible buying online, and I highly discourage anyone to buy anything with these guys. Don’t make my mistake.

I ordered a refurb monitor and expected not to get any cables but man did they blow my mind. Not only did I get a power cable, but a full 6 foot USB, VGA, DVI, AND Displayport cable. It was a very nice surprise and a nice touch! I will definitely buy from Innovate Tech again!!

Returned a festive product. Followed all instructions. Even provided tracking info to seller as requested. Refund was never received and seller ceased communication.
