The heli never was able to steer properly OR gain enough power to really be able to navigate well. BAD RIGHT OUT OF THE BOX.

This helicopter works for about 10 seconds then drops like a rock. Something wrong with the controller. BAD BAD BAD. Do not buy from this company.

I recieved a helicopter that only goes around in circles the trim adjustment will not stop it. I'm going back between JPC and Newegg to get someone to help. If you can help please email me and tell me what to do. Bill Graham

can't fly the thing with a bad controller - dead on arrival - no lights, no joy. Frustrating because the helicopter looks perfect.

    Our Return Policy:
    If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund within 15 days of the purchase date. A refund will be issued (less a 15% restocking fee and less the original shipping charge), unless the product is defective or an incorrect product was shipped to you. We can only accept returns on products that have not been opened. Please Note: RC products are easily damaged and we can not be held responsible for damage once it has been used.

    Our Exchange Policy:
    If product you received a product that was defective or it was an incorrect product, we will exchange it for the same product within 15 days of your order date.
    You must first email us with the exact problem with an order confirmation number. Also please mail back the product (must include all parts or pieces of the product ordered) including a copy of your sales receipt and details of your problem.

    Please note: For all returns and exchanges, the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us. Please contact us before returning to receive authorization or your return will not be accepted. will not pay or reimburse return shipping postage on all return items. Please note that all returns and exchanges must be in the original packaging and brand new condition.

    If a package is refused upon delivery, the original shipping cost and the cost of shipping the item back to us will be deducted from your order.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
