I would never recommend this seller to anyone, I admit I initially ordered the wrong model. I had called new eggs customer service to attempt to cancel the order. They were unable to directly cancel it and reached out to KSR, which I received broken English emails. But that isn't the part that irritated me off, they sent an email stating they didn't have the color that I ordered, and decided on their own without customer input or approval, to change what I ordered to a different model and color. Few weeks later got my package in the mail, DIDNT open it, got my return shipping label, put it on and sent it back. Few more weeks, get emails saying my return was rejected, no idea why, but it was rejected. Found out that it wasn't the right item. This is when things clicked and remembered that email. So I am currently out 500 and a phone that won't work. Customer service on both ends are garbage. Last item I will ever order from new eggs.

tried to get this phone for it's camera abilities. unfortunately Verizon would not recognize it so I had to return. New Egg and KRSplayer were both great.

no, while I understand these are very unique circumstances, the seller was not truthful. I would have ordered from a different seller but this seller told me when I ordered that they could have the item to me in 15 business days. That was a lie. Everytime I emailed they kept blaming it on the "virus" but they should not have told me in the beginning that they could have it to me in 15 days. All other sellers told me it would take at least 4-6 weeks. That is why I chose this seller. Then they charged me even though I did not have the item and when I told them to remove the charge they said dont worry the item is coming. I do not pay for something I dont have and have no idea when I will receive. I will not do business with them again.

This was ordered on April 3rd... still no change in tracking since then. I would have ordered from the online shipping giant (this form won't let me actually type the name that starts with A) had I known.... very disappointing no communication from company or that delays in shipping wasn't mentioned until after the purchase.

I would not recommend this seller. They have not responded to my inquiries to locate my item and at this point I believe I am being scammed and the next step is to contact my credit card company.
