Each monitor arm can only accommodate a maximum size of 27 inches. Monitors larger than 27 inches are not compatible. And the monitor must have VESA mounting holes of either 75x75mm or 100x100mm. The weight range of the screen must be from 4.4 lbs to 17.6 lbs.

1. Lower Spring Arm Installation
Adjust locating ring at proper height and screw up tight to hold the mount. Adjust aluminum support part above the locating ring and use a hex key to fix it.
2. Extension Arms Installation
Insert extension arms to the supporting part.
3. Recessed Surface Installation
Install 4 screws through faceplate to monitor via mounting holes.
