I purchased a refurbished HP laptop which had a bad connection at the charge port (either the fitting at the end of the cable or the port in the laptop itself were bad) and also a battery which lasts for literally 30 minutes.

The company was willing to accept the product back for repair/replacement at their cost, so they get 3 stars for that. But what a hassle. Refurbish the product correctly the first time! There is no way these problems were missed in your shop as they were apparent within minutes of opening the box.

The sellers were helpful and responsive. The first T410 they sent was shutting off intermitently; I had to send it back to them. A couple weeks later, a different one arrived and performed as advertised. I then upgraded the OS to windows 10 - 32 bit, then downloaded the 64 bit ISO, burned the DVD, did a clean install, and upgraded the memory to 8gb. The machine is screaming along now. If you know what you are doing, this is a great value. If you don't maybe get something more 'turnkey'.

These People are absolutely HORRID I bought a tablet from them for Christmas and they sent me a broken one. After sending it in for repairs TWICE and getting it back in the same state as before I sent it was the last straw for me. I called Laptop Experience to ask for a refund and was told ''no'' I asked to speak to a manager and was STRAIGHT UP TOLD ''no'' DO NOT BUY FROM LAPTOP EXPERIENCE!! I Am out 130$ and you will regret it!!

We apologize. We have always and will always provide excellent customer service. We helped buyer numerous times. Lenovo K1 tablet was purchased on 10/31/14 and included a 30 day warranty. On 1/4/15 buyer stated tablet had charging issue. We helped replace the tablet. On 3/7/15 buyer had a screen issue with the tablet and we replaced the screen. Although there were no issues with the tablet, on 5/5/15 buyer wanted a refund. We apologize but there are no refunds 6 months after purchase date. Thank you for your understanding.

Pretty good machine 4/25/2015 8:37:27 PM
I purchased this for just over $200 with 2gb of memory and a 160gb hd. I ordered some 1600 memory which should have been backwards compatible, but wound up returning it, in lieu of some 1066 of 2 x 4gb to the max for this machine of 8gb. This helps the speed quite a bit. I also cloned the 160gb onto a 500gb ryhmes with getsome SSD. Works perfectly EVO 850, and is as fast as 'modern' machines. Only complaints are the screen is only 1280 x 800 and 14", but I use it for CAD 3D modeling and it is a great machine with the included Win7 x64 OS. I am even typing this review on the machine. The order arrived quickly and included the PS and cord, but the battery is very weak. It does not last 10 minutes unplugged, so a new battery will be in order. I am very satisfied with my purchase and with only a little upgrade have a very capable machine.

My company purchased (32) refurbed Dell D531's and D630's from this vendor and they were all in great shape. The units shipped as described and were in above average to great condition.

After we purchased our initial (13) D531's last year, we were really happy with them and wanted some more cheap laptops with Win7Pro. I bought some from a different seller on Newegg and had to send them back for full refund due to the condition of the D630's and incorrect OS installed from the description.

I looked up my initial order with Laptop Experience and ordered (19) D630's from them instead. They were slightly more expensive but units were great (as described earlier) and I would buy more if we end up needing them.

The re-conditioned Lenovo tablet would not re-charge after the initial charging. I requested a return from NewEgg. There was a disconnect between NewEgg and Laptop Experience because over the following 3 weeks I called NewEgg twice and still no RMA.
I came across the original shipping confirmation email from Laptop Experience and replied to that. Next day response from Laptop Experience - RMA no problem, phone support was great. NewEgg could learn from these guys. I would purchase from Laptop Experience again.

There's not much to say -- and that's a GOOD thing! The refurb Lenovo T410 arrived looking essentially like new and was preloaded with a new copy of Windows 7, just like a brand new computer would be, and works perfectly.

It still works and looks like new 6 weeks later. I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend Laptop Experience to others.

The refurbished Lenovo tablet I received would not re-charge using the 120V AC adaptor provided and is completely dead. Expensive e-waste. I requested a refund 3 weeks after purchase and again 10 days later but there has been no response.

Great value purchase. I bought a laptop and received it in a timely manner. Everything works as I expected.

Here's the bonus: The laptop advertised as having a Core 2 Duo processor. The laptop I received has an i5, given as a "free upgrade. Well then. I'm sold.

I've purchased refurbished from newegg and have been completely satisfied up to this point. This purchase however is a different story. The computer randomly powers off, was slightly dirty (I get it's refurbished, but the other computers and TVs I have purchased refurbished looked practically brand new), and must have had writing on the top/lid part that was cleaned off because you can see the shadow of the words. Not super impressed :(

lenovo laptop arrived. had third party power adapter. when turning on for the first time everything booted up however, the sound does not work. after verifiying everything software related i concluded the speakers to be faulty. also there was no software relating to lenovo installed. system update, create recovery media etc etc. all drivers were outdated. the system obviously was not tested before shipping.
