I ordered it 8/14. Info stated it is coming 7 to 10 business days. Last tracking info 8/22 in China. Just wish I could get some more tracking info or knew it was originally coming from China. Maybe not get charged until it hits the US

super sucks dishonest and selling defective items 6/9/2020 12:42:57 PM
It took over two months to receive my item. The seller tried to lie to me and said that ups had it and that I should contact them. I did, and they said the seller prepared the item for shipping (which is how he got a tracking #) but did not give them the shipment. When I called him on it, he sent me an email a week later that said, your item is on it's way, and gave me a different tracking number. I finally got the item, and it doesn't work. I've tried everything but it's clear this item is defective.

Ordered May 6. Have not recieved my purchase yet and it is now June 4. Tracking says it has been in transit since May 23. Can not get a hold of any customer service for help without waiting on hold for 1 hour. Ridiculous. Do not order from this company unless you like head aches.

they are returning item to me.
it does not work and do not want it
i returned everything that came with it.
It just had batteries and doorbell.

This seller was very slow to ship the product and as it came from overseas it then took a long time to arrive in the U.S. Result was a 22 day wait for this item.

The product itself was as described and works well.

After the order there was no evidence that the order was placed. At the New egg website it showed The item was in processing until I contacted New egg, and thing started showing on my E-Mail . The item was sent and delivered after 5 weeks.

I ordered this item on May 23rd. It is now June 19th and I still have no clue where it is. The tracking information has no details on where this even shipped to. I should have listened to the other reviews on this seller and gone a different route, don’t make my mistake

Ordered 5/15/2020, received shipping info on 5/16. Tracking says it has been "In Transit" since 5/20/2020 and it is now 6/12. I had to use a 3rd party tracking site to see it has been picked up by a carrier in NY, but no info past that.

Marked "Not as Seller Described" as I haven't received it yet.

I would not recomend buying anything from "LuckyShop".

Even with the Covid virus going on, I have ordered other items from companies in China and recieved them in less than a week.

I have since ordered the same item from another major reseller and got it delivered to my door, in person two days later. (At a lower cost.)

I have emailed this seller my self (several times) and through customer service with no results. And at the time of me writing this, still have not heard back from the seller or New Egg about my refund claim. I do not blame New Egg or its staff for my loss. But, for certain, I will never buy from the Market Place again. If New Egg does not personally stock and sell the item, I will go else where for my items.
