The items arrived in good condition and in plenty of time, but I needed to return them. They didn't fit like we had hoped so I contacted the folks at Mega Retail Store for a return and their service was not good. Very unhelpful. Placed blame on me. We will not be using these folks again.

I would give this negative eggs if the option were available. I would not recommend anyone buying this product or anything else via Newegg. Newegg and Mega have hosed me on the whole deal. They refuse responsibility for their actions and expect you to pay for their mistakes. With both Mega and Newegg, I have never suffered the grief, humiliation, and the insulting of my intelligence. I'm sure this is a fine printer. But, the back end that promotes and sells it are the worst in the world. Shop the "Amzon" store that cannot be mentioned for the exact same thing. It's 30 $ less and the "Amzon" is good for their word. Newegg has lost all the intrinsic value of "Goodwill" and I can't believe that a company I felt was so esteemed is so horrible and uncaring about their mistakes when they make them. Oh, they apologize. Lots of apologizing. But, fixing a problem... They will apologize and tell you that you have to pay, work, and just deal with it. They blundered my order to the point of F*U*B*A*R* and they disrespect disabled veterans. All while apologizing. You are a dang fool if you order from what was once the greatest online company. If you feel a wet stream on your leg, do not allow Newegg to tell you that it is only raining. NEVER AGAIN!

I requested to cancel my order within two hours of placing my order but still seller refused to cancel and shipped the item. The seller told me to request an RMA, which I did and later learned that I should be responsible to return shipping and the seller will also charge me an additional restocking fee. Very poor service, will never buy anything with this seller.

Solid product but poor cancellation policy from this marketplace vendor 12/28/2016 11:00:50 PM
Since this was an marketplace vendor there was no way to change my mind a few hours after placing the order. There is a utility on this site but when I notified then about an hour after the initial order that I "wanted to cancel" and order a more expensive processor I only got dead air until a day later when they responded that "it was too late to cancel the order" and the only option was to "refuse receipt". If this had been a NewEgg order, it would have been possible to cancel FAR more easily. Next time I will pay the extra $9 that it would have cost to order direct.

The image is of an SSD that fits into a PCIe slot. That's what I thought I ordered. What I got was a 2.5" ssd.

What I got wasn’t what’s in the image. I got the 2.5" version of that SSD.

If it’s Newegg's fault for not checking if false information is being fed to Newegg's customers on its website, or if Mega Retail Store (MRS) is at fault, I'm as mad at Newegg as I am at MRS.

I immediately requested an RMA from MRS. MRS not only DID NOT take responsibility for their error, they charged me a 15% restocking fee! They’re still selling the product using the wrong image!

My first "Marketplace" transaction through Newegg. My first transaction with MRS, was the very worst shopping experience - EVER! If I could give -5 eggs, I would.

Allow me to warn everyone! MRS is a deceptive advertiser that doesn’t take responsibility for its actions.

Here are the email exchanges I had with Newegg and MRS.

There are a few issues I'm having with this process.
1) I'm still waiting for my review to show up on the product page.
2) Mega Retail Store is failing to take responsibility. They want me to pay for shipping to return the product. And they want to assess a 15% restocking fee. They say, if any of the packing materials are missing, they could charge up to 50% restocking fee.
3) I'm worried. The product came in a white plastic bubblewrap envelope in a plain brown box. I opened the box, and all that was inside was the drive in an ESD plastic bag (which I did not open), set in a foam bed. I'm worried they'll say something was missing and try to charge me a 50% restocking fee.
4) Here is our email exchange:

This is NOT the product I saw in the picture. The product I ordered
is a PCIe ssd card that fits into a PCIe slot. The product you

I certainly understand your point of view on this however if you
read the product description it clearly describes the product you received.
Even in the title of the listing says "2.5in". Many of the photos on
many online marketplaces are only stock photos and cannot be used to
base your purchase off of.

will be responsible for the return shipping costs as well as a 15%
restocking fee that will be applied to your refund. This is because
there is no damage or defect to the product and no error made by our

5) I feel that there is an element of deceptive advertisement going on here. The item being sold is NOT BEING DEPICTED. I ordered based on the performance specs and what was being depicted. I don't think Mega Retail Store is taking proper responsibility for this error. I don't think I should pay for shipping, and I don't think I should be charged a restocking fee.
6) This is Mega Retail Store's fault for showing the wrong picture of the product they are advertising, and this is Newegg's fault for letting them do it on their web site.
7) What can Newegg do to correct this problem, aside from giving me a coupon and saying it's sorry? Can Newegg talk to Mega Retail Store and tell it to clean up its act?

AGS and Baton Rouge cargo did a horrible job of communicating. They actually lost my TV at one point. I ended up having to call the local BRC warehouse to set up an appointment. I've always had wonderful customer service and awesome products from yall. I have 0 complaints about Newegg. All I'm suggesting is that yall look into AGS and Baton Rouge cargo. Mega Retail store even did a fine job.

I personally would not recommend this seller to anyone due to their return policy. The return policy may as well be all sales final...

I purchased an Intel G3258 @ $63. 3-4 hours later I decided to cancel my order because I saw the same processor at a local retailer for $49.99. I e-mailed the seller informing them that I wanted to cancel and they responded back within a couple hours. The responder, agent Grayson informed me that I could return the item once it arrives but never informed me of the 15% restocking fee. On top of everything, I was never informed that it was also my responsibility to pay for the return shipping as well.

It arrived about 3 days later and I once again e-mailed the seller. This was when I was finally informed of the extra fees. This left me feeling extremely negative as a customer because information like this, although available on their seller profile, was withheld from me by the customer service agents until the very last minute.

Had I been informed when I first inquired, I would have been all right with it. But because that information was withheld, I ended up purchasing the G3258 at my local retailer under the impression that I can return the processor back to THIS seller with no additional fees.

So I turned around and read their profile and return policy. After all, I was kinda irate about the last minute info and I even saw that they charge that same 15% on defective items too.

"Defective Returns:
If for any reason the defective item is returned to Mega Retail Store the defective product will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. The customer will be responsible for return shipping and original shipping costs. If the defective product is not in the original packaging when returned the product will be subject to a 50% restocking fee."

Are you serious?

I'll give credit where it's due and say that they shipped my item on time and responded to my e-mails in a timely manner... but because of the way the information was withheld from me, and because of their return policy I am having a hard time agreeing with... I have to give this seller 1 egg.

It was my fault for not reading their return policy before purchasing, but they could have at least told me about their policy when I first inquired about it. Something robotic sounding phrase like this would have even worked for me...

-Original Message: Your order has already been released for shipping and cannot be cancelled. You can refuse the package and it will be returned to sender then we would refund you. If the package is delivered you can contact us for RMA information...

Grayson could have followed up with a-
"However, I would like to remind you that you are responsible for return shipping fees and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee."

I don't like submitting low ratings, but because of how our transaction played out I am left with no other option.

I purchased what I thought was a new XFX Video Card and the thing looked used. Water stains all over the fan blades and scratches on the center cap of the fan. This thing was definitely not new. Mega Retail customer service wants pictures to send to their "Product Manager" to approve the return. Wth??? Sorry, no. Take back your bait and switch product. Stay away from these guys.

Ordered a TV on black friday, received an email from newegg confirming shipment from seller (FedEx Shipping). 5-7 business days turned into has not shipped yet.. Emailed customer support, and received the following response:

The tracking is called an AGS tracking number. Because the size of this product we are required to ship it freight to avoid carrier damage. When we receive orders for large items they hit our system as a FedEx shipment. Unfortunately our system just has no way of recognizing that these order will have to ship freight. At this time you will need to call AGS to schedule a delivery date and time that best suits you. We sincerely apologize for the misunderstanding.

Tried calling the busy AGS line and they said they have only received the information recently and have not received the actual item. Still waiting on a claim as this is going nowhere

Ordered a TV on the 29th, received an email from newegg confirming shipment from seller. Problem is that it was supposed to ship 5-7 business days. Never came. Emailed their customer support, and this was their response:

I ordered a power supply, needing it before the weekend. I placed the order on a Tuesday and paid for 2-day shipping assuming that it'd be shipped within a business day. It was shipped as expected, but instead of shipping it 2-day, the vendor chose FedEx Express Saver, which is not their 2-day service.

After the item didn't arrive on time and I discovered the mix-up, I attempted to contact the vendor. After filling out the form Newegg promised that the vendor would respond within 2 business days.

Overall, a pretty disappointing transaction.

I ordered a case on the 15th, and didn't realize there was a problem with my card until the 16th. Once I got that all sorted out and it shipped, it came SUPER fast! As in, like, the 17th fast! Super well packaged, doesn't look like there's anything wrong with it. I find it funny how shipping time said like, 5-7 days, and it came the NEXT day! They are NOT fooling around with shipping! I haven't used it yet, I'm buying all my other parts on Black Friday and Cyber Monday. I would definitely buy from this seller again if I have the chance. :)

Ordered a docking station from these guys that did not have all the parts listed in the data sheet. Been trying to get a return for a week now. They keep asking me to show them where and I keep pointing them to the exact place but the guy says he cannot "find it". Which basically means didn't even try to look (how hard is click on the datasheet and look at the 7th item under features???) Also apparently cannot get links or attachments sent to them. But yet they require them to issue a refund. Even had to send something from my personal account (not through newegg) but that did not get a response. Hours of work and still nothing. These guy seem to do anything to get out of standing behind what they sell. I will never do business with them again and highly suggest you don't either!

My package was stolen, so I filed a claim. The seller says they won't send me a replacement because the delivery status of the package shows "Delivered." Despite numerous attempts to file a claim, they've refused to process the claim. Seeing as they didn't do a "signature required" delivery and it was stolen through no fault of my own, I'm basically left with having paid for the product that I didn't receive (read: they stole from me). It's been over a month and a half and my claim is still "processing" with Newegg.

Needless to say, I'm never buying from this seller again. And I hope anyone who read this will heed my warning.

Note about installing the hardware 11/7/2016 8:56:30 PM
This case is great!

Quick note about installing the motherboard and CPU fan. If you have one of those CPU fans that screw in from under the motherboard, then install this first onto the m/b before attaching m/b!

If you have a CPU fan that is the snap and twist, you are fine to install m/b first. Also, be careful not to strip the m/b screws during installation. This makes it a real pain to try and remove the m/b if necessary, afterwards. This is why I didn't get to use my separately purchased CPU fan that screws in from under the board. I striped a screw on one of the m/b risers and couldn't get it out afterwards, so I had to use the stock CPU fan that came with the processor. The one that snaps in and twist.
