In 1998, Natures Room began as a small company, running its operations out of the basement of a private home. The company was started mainly to satisfy the curiosity and love of bird watching.
Since 2001, Natures Room has grown into a nationally successfully birding and outdoor supply company, offering 7000 + products to nature lovers.

- Returns Policy
Natures Room stands behind all of its products with a 100% Satisfaction/30-day money back guarantee. If for any reason you are unhappy with your product just email email@example.com within 30 days of the delivery of your product, for an RMA number. Please include the original order number, what you are returning, the reason for the return & your name on the email.
Shipping charges will not be credited on refused orders and orders with bad or incorrect addresses, additionally the customer will incur all shipping charges, even if the order was sent out with free shipping.
Actual outbound (from Natures Room to the customer) shipping charges will not be credited on any returned item or items, this includes, customers that purchased an item or items with a free shipping offer, or Natures Room Special Shipping offer.
Example 1: If you return an order that totaled $112.95 and the shipping cost to you is $0.00, but the actual UPS or USPS shipping charges incurred by Natures Room was $12.95, you will be credited $100.00.
Example 2: If you return an order that totaled $47.95 and the shipping cost to you is $7.95, but the actual UPS or USPS shipping charges incurred by Natures Room was $7.95, you will be credited $40.00.
Natures Room does not credit freight for returns from a customer to Natures Room. Any additional administration fee's that may occur to complete a transaction will also be charged to the customer.
To ensure proper credit (minus the shipping cost) for your return:
Please over-pack all manufacturers boxes
Must be returned in resalable condition in the original manufacturers packaging.
RMA number must appear on the return-shipping label.
RMA numbers are valid for 7 business days.

1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
