- Returns Policy
All products returned must be in brand new, working condition, and free from any defects. We do not sell used merchandise, and therefore, you will never receive used merchandise. In the event that the merchandise is either defective or damaged en route to you, we will do our very best to replace that item to you in a very timely manner. If you do receive damaged or defective merchandise, we must be notified within 3 days of the item being delivered. This will allow us to file a claim with the shipper. Please contact us immediately clearly stating the problem (pictures would also be helpful) that you are having so that we may handle it accordingly. If we are not notified of any damage or missing items within 3 days, then the customer will be responsible for the damaged/missing item.
In the event that you simply do not want to keep the merchandise that was shipped to you, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it. Once we receive the item, you will be credited for the amount of the item MINUS THE SHIPPING COST (the amount we paid to ship the item, not a penny more).
Watch winders, can only be returned if they are in perfect unused condition.
Items that were shipped with free shipping will receive a credit for the item MINUS the amount we paid for the shipping. If you would like to know what amount that is prior to ordering, please contact us in advance and we would be happy to give you this information. Also, please note that no credit will be given to items that are returned to us in used, damaged or broken condition. Items must be returned to us in the same unused condition that it was sent to you. Therefore, if your item was damaged or broken upon receipt, follow the instructions above so that we may treat the return as a defective merchandise return, rather than a standard return. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE!
1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
