Return and Exchange Policy
MiR products are covered a 30 day money back guarantee excluding shipping and a 30 day exchange policy excluding shipping. Items with Holiday Free Shipping are entitled to a 20 percent restocking fee plus the cost of shipping in some states. Restocking fee are only effective during refund process.
MiR products returned must be in NEW and Unused condition.
MiR weighted vests carry one year warranty on manufacturer defects. The warranty applies to normal use; not physical damages caused by improper use.
MiR products under warranty will be replaced under the above requirements. When returning the products, they should be shipped without the weights.
MiR Vests are NOT machine washable. To clean the vests, sprinkle them with water and wipe with a soft towel. Do no wash the iron weights.
Warranty on the MiR products is one year on manufacture defects, this does not include normal wear and tear from improper usage. Physical damage that results from, improper use is not covered by the lifetime warranty. Conditions and restrictions of the product warranty include but are not limited to the following;
1. Free replacement or repair on one year manufacture defect warranty.
2. Replacement or repair service after one year will require partial restocking and handling charges.
3. For replacement under the lifetime warranty conditions, send us the vest without weights with postage prepaid.
4. Please allow 10-20 business days for inspection & procedures for replacement, repair or RMA service. Allow 15-30 days for RMA refund after inspection.
5. Shipping fees are not included in the above warranty conditions.
Average USPS delivery time is 2-4 business days. All orders are shipped the same day or within 24 hours once the order is processed, Monday to Friday.
1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
