VERY confusing co, shipping, return AND refund 7/14/2017 9:14:06 AM
Watch description wasn't good because it was a women's watch and I found that out on hsn not on their description. I made a return to find that the watch wasn't included in box with the one tracking number they gave me. Then I had to explain that the watch was missing. They sent multiple emails that were confusing and eventually said, "it's still being shipped"? Really two products from them had two different tracking numbers and they didn't mention that in invoice. I returned the women watch for a refund and they received it. I received two emails the same day, One requesting that I send the watch back that they had already received and one saying my refund had be processed????? For HOW much I have no idea. Email didn't state. Suitcase and watch were good quality however.

Please listen to me when I say that you should avoid this "company" at all costs. I paid $540 (plus $15.95 for shipping) for an item from them on 6/26/17. It's now 7/12/2017 and they still haven't shipped. Getting customer service on the phone is very difficult. Won't respond to emails. You either get incompetent people when you actually do talk to someone or you get someone who gives you the run around. This company is a joke.

Bad support. It shouldn't take a week after I email asking why my product hasn't shipped yet to get a response. And now it's going to take over another week for them just to get it in stock.

Item ordered on 05/31/2017. Account charged. Shipping stated 5 to 7 days. Seller contacted two weeks after order after nothing arrived and no tracking number given. Seller stated that he would check on status. I have contacted him again after two business day, still with no response. Item still not received. Still no tracking number. Seller said he would contact their warehouse to check the status of the shipment and email me shortly. That was June 12. It is now June 20. Still no email back. Newegg refund issued thankfully.

I love the unit, wish i had done it before...It's expensive but if it lasts 10 years, it would justify the price...It looks quality, it feels quality and installed it is quality....Time will tell.....I recommend the unit, and give it 5 stars...

Item was shipped to another state then the billing statement still had that address on it. Someone in the sales office isn't watching what they are doing. I'd be careful, or verify with the seller that they have ALL the correct information before shipping and billing.

Shipped wrong item. Received 1265 GPU. 1250 was specifically ordered for Linux. Any ***5 models are not supported per Linux site. Bought for my neighbor & shipped to his address (next apartment). I was there when the package was received and can confirm it being wrong. When contacted by my neighbor, said they would check with warehouse and reply within 48 hours. They replied (to my NewEgg email - not the one he provided when he called) in 24 hours (yes, good) and said their warehouse shipped the right item (wrong). So buy from these people with caution - they do not stand behind their sales.

First, I placed my order for product https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA00Y1YR2028 which is a Red Coca Cola Counter Top Ice Maker. The seller openly informs potential customers that the item comes from Nostalgia Electronics - which had I been a studious person, would have gone to Nostalgia Electronics website and found that I could purchase it directly from them for $10 less and free shipping. I paid $16 for shipping so I ended up paying $26 more than what I should have. I didn't go to Nostalgia's website until I received the product to register for the warranty. Stupid me. My fault for not looking before I bought it. So UnbeatableSale got me for an extra $26. Live and learn.

Second, the picture that New Egg has on the site shows the ice maker being all red in color - which is exactly what I wanted. The picture on Nostalgia's website shows the lid of the ice maker being white. So which is it? I found out when I opened the box up and found that the picture on Nostalgia's website is correct and the picture on New Egg is wrong. Soooooo, UnbeatableSale got me again. I'm getting tired of these life lessons.

And finally, I tried to communicate with the seller but the seller apparently wasn't in the mood for conversation. Hell, they got my money, why would they want to talk with me? I don't know, maybe because that's what good customer service is about?

So that's my point. Absolutely no customer communication, wrong product description and to add insult to injury, they overcharged me by $26.

Here's the lesson I learned today: Don't buy from UnbeatableSale ever again.

They are way too flimsy. I haven't tried them yet, but they bend so easily at the base of the handle that I know they will most likely break the first time I use them. Shipping and packaging was fine.

Item was shipped quickly. Item was labeled incorrectly. Received 1 item instead of 40 as listed. Contacted seller which refunded cost of item due due item being labeled incorrectly in a timely manner. Shipping cost of $8.95 was not refunded which was a little steep for an item weighing less than 1 ounce. I hate that I was held responsible for shipping an item that was mislabeled by the seller.
