The idyiashop Concept
idyiashop was formed with one goal in mind. Provide great products to our customers at low prices with great customer service. However, there was no viable way to get these products from the manufacturer to the consumer. That’s where idyiashop comes in. Who idyiashop
We are everyday people just like you, for the most part. I guess you can say we are technology geeks that enjoy water-cooler talks about real life speed difference between SATA II and SATA III or philosophical debates on how much memory is too much memory for your computer. Gamer here also enjoy discussions of epic battle that was had online (or getting owned like noobs and blame it on mouse DPI settings) and gaming strategies (buy 3 or 5 potions to start the game?). However, the lead accountant here doesn’t really enjoy tech or gaming talk, he’s kind of an outlier here, and we have conveniently assigned him to the cubicle way back in the corner of the office. And, just like you, we get excited when we have something mailed to us. We track online while refreshing the page every 5 minutes to see where it is and when it will arrive. Enough tooting our own horn. Every company will have a fancy “About Us” page that promises everything. At idyiashop we try to keep it simple, by keeping the customer happy. GPU was fuzzy when it was installed, so I returned it and seller was more than adequate. Only lost star for not being a working product.

MOBO came in a USPS box not even big enough to cover it, it was a stretched USPS box, and obviously NO padding, and when I did get it the side was punctured all the way though to under the mother board, the MSI box was punched though.

Board came DOA and will not POST, In the broken English of this IDYIASHOP they stated they do NOT do return shipments or postage AND wanted me to send the mobo back to a different address that is came from, Shipping Dept - 20555 Valley blvd - Walnut Ca, 91789.

needless to say do NOT buy from this seller, you will regret it, I will not buy from any seller but NEWEGG, I disagree that newegg even allows it on the site, and forced to dispute the charge on the
card to start making this right.. just about worth it to buy Azon on prime.

It stated very clear on newegg return policy and newegg marketplace return policy.
Newegg MP return policy:
- All accessories, manuals, warranty registration card, etc.
- Original UPC/serial# intact on product and on retail package (Proof of Purchase)
- An RMA number must be requested within thirty (30) calendar days of the delivery date. Shipping charge is the cost of us sending the product to you and will not be refunded.
No restocking fee will be applied on return for DOA/Defective and shipping damaged product. Shipment received with visible damages must be reported to us within seven (7) calendar days of the delivery date.
- Customer is RESPONSIBLE for return shipping expenses unless otherwise explicitly states on the product. Replacements will be shipped at our expense.(newegg / sellers)
But in most cases, customer service agent will request shipping label approval for our customers from the manager.
We are not sure what you mean by different address, there is only ONE address for our shipping dept. and return dept.

idyiashop has about 10 employees in customer service and they all come from different part of the world, and they all qualify from our interview process which English writing is part of them.
We encourage them to use casual English to communicate with our customers just friends and family.

good shipping time, not as others have complained about. be aware that they do charge a restocking fee on returns. I did not see this during purchase, or on the RMA request, until the conformation email for the RMA. this should be more prominent. since the fee is about $20.00 which is shipping cost they should not say shipping is free but that they add the cost into the product, again this should be more prominent on the purchasing side.

If you need it in a hurry, go elsewhere. It is hard to see how they got 5 eggs from anyone. Looks like their rating was boosted.

Your order was shipped out same day on 12/30/16 and carrier picked up by 12/31/16. Since new year is the holiday, and your package was delivered on 01/07/17 when your business was closed so you end up getting this on 01/09/17.
But this package was delivered to you within 3 business day. We are ahead of schedule for a standard shipping method. Next time, you can try to expedite the package, especially in a holiday weekend.

I looked up the reviews for the marketplace and noticed a lot of comments about slow shipping, waited 2 days for the item to ship. I then contacted the marketplace via Newegg and asked about how long it would take for the item to be shipped. They responded with in a few hrs and told me that the board i was supposed to get was out of stock(refurbished board) and they would be sending me a new one( non refurbished) and would expedite my shipping. Received a brand new motherboard with in 3 days after. Over all was a good transaction, even though I had to contact them about slow shipping they fixed the issue promptly and upgraded my hardware for free.

Seller hasn't shipped the product for A WHOLE WEEK (Confirmed with USPS that seller only sent pre-shipment info, but not the item), and have ignored my email and calls. Out of 5 reviews, 2 reviews state that the seller did not ship the product for 7+ days. I will be reporting this seller to Newegg, and 4maz0n (if seller is on there) and get dishonest tra$h like these removed.

Order placed Oct 27th, picked up Oct 28th, last update: Oct 31.

Today is one week since the last update. My package was sent Media Mail. The part I ordered is not authorized to be sent Media Mail. So I get subpar service because idyiashop wants to save 50 cents? Ridiculous!

I sent an email inquring about transit time: no reply. I called the number they have listed: mailbox full.

Yet this company talks up their customer service on their bio page??? What a joke.

I'll take this as a lesson to never deal with anyone but NewEgg on this site.
