We personally had a great experience. We found a good deal on a refurbished vacuum, so we decided to make the purchase. The item arrived on time and in great condition. It has since been almost a month and the vacuum is still working great, our uncertainty in buying a refurbished vacuum seems to be for naught. We are very happy with our purchase.

Avoid this seller. Item arrived in unsatisfactory condition. Seller started by stalling me through their 30 day return window. Then they proceeded to ignore me altogether. I still haven't been able to return the item as promised in their policy.

Only complaint I have is this seller does not box their product in anything other than the box it is packaged in. When it is delivered it sits at your front door letting everyone know what you just purchased, and invites someone to steal the item from the front porch.

The vacuum arrived defective. I've sent 2 e-mails thru Newegg and I haven't heard back from them. At this point I would just like a refund so I can be done with the company. Extremely dissatisfied. My recommendation is to stay away from this company.

Bought a Dyson DC59 motorhead from them at a great price. It was stated to be new, not refurbished. The box came badly mangled and taped up... and it came that way from "ABC Vacuum" NOT Dyson. That in itself is pretty shady, claiming to be Dyson when they are not. The shipping label was slapped on top of a mass of tape holding the box together, so I know the shipping company didn't destroy it. The vacuum was broken inside the box, and it was clearly NOT new. Someone had repacked it... very poorly. Sent two messages requesting a replacement, no response. Have escalated now to Newegg, still waiting on them for a response as well. Most likely, I will probably have to go through my credit card company to get a refund. Since this is a Christmas gift, I've already had to purchase this item again from another vendor, no time to wait for Newegg to get their act together and refund me before doing so.

Are you listening Newegg? I've purchased literally thousands of dollars worth of stuff from you this holiday season alone. You need to make this right, or I promise you I will NOT be looking to you when I build a new computer in the next few months.

I was shuffled around by Newegg and Dyson USA. I purchased a vacuum at Newegg and delivered by Dyson USA. I saw an identical vacuum (same company dyson USA) for a cheaper price a couple of days later and I told Newegg I would like the difference or I will return the Vacuum. Newegg said they could not help me because shipment was in progress and I had to contact Dyson USA, which I did. Dyson said they could not help because it was a pricing issue, I had to call Newegg for the resolve. Ok, now I'm mad, I am not going to call back and forth to find someone that will help me. So I refused the vacuum and now I have to pay a restocking fee. I will never buy from Newegg or Dyson USA again until this is resolved. If you want me as a returning customer you will fix this issue. I have been a loyal customer for years and to be treated like this.

they told me sorry, we are just the middle man. The vacuum was delivered and it doesn't work. Not worth the time and money you save. Terrible service and no follow up. Now I can't get Newegg to help me return the vacuum. No response from my several attemps. Very frustrating

The original shipment was missing key pieces. I contacted the seller and they shipped out the missing pieces a week later. They fixed the problem, but it sucks having to wait so long to get the working product.

This seller is really ABC vacuum and not Dyson or does it have any relation to Dyson. Purchased a refurbished product which hasn't been restored to working order and have had to email back and forth several times to attempt to get a refund. They now have the product back now for one day shy of a week with no refund or message all while promising a refund would be issued within 48 hours of receiving the product back to their warehouse. Deceptive practices and poor customer service cause me to recommend finding any other seller.

I found this vacuum and sale on SlickDeals. At first I was hesistant as there were some bad reviews on the refurbished Dyson DC33 from ABC vacuums. However, my experience was a good one. The product arrived extremely well packaged. The unit, although factory refurbished, looks brand new! Even the tank was in pristine condition. It arrived complete with stickers and wrapped in plastic as a new vacuum would. Assembly was a breeze and I was cleaning my floors quickly. Just for fun I had vacuumed my entire apartment with my old vacuum before testing out my Dyson. I was absolutely amazed at how much dirt it picked up that my other vacuum had missed. I registered the vacuum and now have the Dyson manufacturer warranty and feel secure with my investment. I've owned it for several weeks now, vacuumed my apartment almost a dozen times, and so far no problems whatsoever. I am quite happy I pulled the trigger on this deal.

I will start by saying the packaging it was shipped in was in perfect condition.
When I opened my AM05 I found that it had a large crack down the entire front of the fan.
I still decided to plug it in and try it out.....it did not work.
I turned the fan on and the numbers showed but no air was produced. Tried every button but could not get it to blow air for more than 30 seconds before it just stopped.
so while cleaning up the packaging I looked for the remote...which to no surprise was not in the box.
so I now have a Dyson fan that does not work, Is cracked, has no remote and is covered in so much dust it's crazy.
I will be attempting to get a refund to purchase a brand new one directly from Dyson.
