Great headphone, wrong awesome. it doesn't get five because it was a pain having to go out and look for the drivers if you don't have a CD drive

For the price, this is a great product. The only reason it gets 4 out of 5 is because the aux wires are really finicky. If it's not in the perfect position, I get a feedback and the sound volume goes down considerably. Otherwise these are fantastic speakers for the price. I would recommend them to anyone looking for speakers with bass control and good quality at low volumes.

The middle "click" button functionality on both thumbsticks is lost as the thumbsticks near the edge of their respective range. The player cannot use the "click" button of the thumbsticks, when nearing, or using maximum pitch.

I would advice you to stay away from this seller right away before you start your shopping. Bought a product from this person and I never received the merchandise. They made the whole ordeal such a miserable experience. I exchanged about 10 emails explaining to them that I didn't receive the package. They told me sorry and that I should file a police report. That the fact that I didn't get the package is my responsibility/ loss. I would advice you to stay away from this seller right away before you start your shopping. A word to the wise is enough.

Bought a red Skytech M5 from this seller and received a blue one instead. After close inspection, the items seem to be in a "used" state with minor scratches on the remote. Haven't test-tried this product yet since it's a gift for a friend but so far, the outcome isn't looking too bright.

This seller has been deceptive and non-responsive. I had an RMA request, complied comletely with the RMA request on my helicopter, and they are refusing to honor any part of the replacement process. I had the helicopter for a week and the lower rotor was not rotating fast enough to create lift and the motor was squeaking (impending seizure). So, after inspecting the item for damage to make sure it wasn't physical (it was NOT), I followed the RMA process, only to have them deny they ever received ti back (provided them all tracking information), only to have them not indicate that they found it after all - but that it was "user damaged" and they would not honor a replacement. The item was not user damaged, as I inspected it and would not have spent another $11 shipping it back on a $25 item. Their lack of customer support (left 4 voice mails and three unreturned emails) and dishonesty should cause you great concern before purchasing from them.

I have made several attempts to work with Customer Service at both New Egg and the vendor to correct an order. The problem remains unsolved, phone messages are not returned. I am still waiting for assistance after a week.

Where do I start... The box look like someone sat on it and was very dusty, the Item dosen't work. It was bent in two different places. I have never received anything like this from the egg. Don't buy from this seller did I say the item dosen't work..... Not even goinng through the rma not worth the time and effort. Stay away from Direct Buy

These speakers work amazingly well, at a very cheap price. The only complaint i have is the directions were only available in a foreign language and so was the website of the company.. but considering the quality and price of my purchase i will most certainly be buying from them in the future.
