Our sales office is located California, but we do not stock any inventory at our sales office. Instead, we ship from several warehouses located throughout the country. Because we are streamlined to do internet fulfillment, we can not offer any in store pickup.

- Returns Policy
Mega Retail Store accepts returns up to 30 days from original delivery date. Any returned merchandise must be in its original packaging and original condition. If the product is not in the original packaging when returned a 50% re-stocking fee will be applied.
Unless our company is in error or the listing is in error, the customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs, the original shipping costs, and a 15% restocking fee.
We apologize if you received an item that is not working but all warranty issues must be referred back to the original manufacturer for support. We will do our very best to make sure the issue is resolved through the OEM (original equipment manufacturer).
If for any reason the defective item is returned to Mega Retail Store the defective product will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. The customer will be responsible for return shipping and original shipping costs. If the defective product is not in the original packaging when returned the product will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.
If the item needs to be returned and is not damaged or defective and still in the original sealed box please contact us for a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). All non-defective returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs and original shipping costs. If the non-defective product is not in the original packaging when returned the product will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.
Once product is returned, inspected and complies with the Mega Retail Store Return Policy a refund will be processed within 24 hours.

Mega Retail Store uses multiple data feeds to update our inventory on daily basis and we do are very best to manage accuracy of this information. We are not responsible for any SKU’s that have been assigned to other products, manufactures, descriptions or UPC codes. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to these inaccuracies or typographical errors.
1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
