Ordered a $700 DVR from these guys. Showed up smashed. These guys put me in a email loop and it is very apparent they have no intention of returning my money. When I told them I would be contacting my bank, they sent an email saying they would no longer communicate with me if I tried to get my money back. If I could give a Zero rating I would. Do not buy from these guys under any circumstance! You will be ripped off!

As we stated in our return policy and in Newegg policy, all defective or damaged items must be claimed within 10 days of item delivery. However you failed to claim within that time frame. You also do not have original shipping box which indicates that item was not damaged at the time of delivery. You also did not want to cooperate with carrier inspection, instead you claimed to resolve this issue with your bank because it was very obvious that item was damaged by end user.

I have been very pleased with Newegg's products and services until I ordered two Primus 3720 Primus solar lanterns. The provider, through Newegg, is the issue. the seller is Uniquepos. The seller shipped only one of the units. I had ordered and paid for two. It took three contacts for me to get acknowledgement of their error. I was then told the other unit was on backorder and would be shipped in a week's time. It has been over 2 weeks. I advise extreme caution when ordering via Newegg from Uniquepos.

We received the scanner base with no power cords first off, then when connecting it we discovered the base did not even work. I called the company and they asked "How do you know it doesn't work?" common sense is once you plug something in and it doesn't work that's usually a good sign. They issued me an RMA so I sent the item back in request of a replacement. I called to check on the status and the owner says he refused the item due to parts missing and it not being in the correct packaging. We secured it safely with pillows in a small size fitting package and there were no extra parts but the base itself. He told me to "Screw off" and hung up on me. I went to my warehouse to check if it has arrived back here to find they (Uniquepos) actually changed the packaging themselves again. I refused the package with UPS and would like a 100% refund. I will also be reporting this to the BBB.

First of all we are so sorry for the inconvenience we have cuased. However item you selected does not come with any power supply or communication cable, those has to be ordered separetly. Whether item is defective or not, customers are required to return the item will all original accessories ,manual and box. Your return did not have original box and manual. As we stated in our return policy all items must be returned with all original accessories in order to issue refund, otherwise it is denied and sent back to buyer. We hope this helps. We are willing to issue a refund if you find original accessories of the item.

I ordered an overhead door contact on 9/14. It shipped fast (9/16 received), however it was the wrong part. I sent them an email on 9/16 about the incorrect order. Since then I have been waiting for the correct part and a return label. I have emailed and called them several times. I don't know if I will ever get my part. I will never use a market place company ever again on Newegg.

Mag card reader-Refund 11/20/2013 8:15:01 AM
I purchased a MagTek credit card reader that was not scanning the credit card number correctly. I later found out that this card reader is not compatible with the largest credit card company "Authorize.net". I requested a refund RMA and was denied... not good business practice.
